Definitely not as nice as it looks on the website.

This is a lovely well kept hotel. It is surrounded in a well kept grounds. Great location for visiting Windsor as it is served by bus8 direct to town.

Beautiful hotel and stunning location. Really great breakfast buffet! Very quiet, well appointed and comfy bedrooms. Downside is the place is a maze...took us ages to find our room, carrying heavy luggage, only to find our key cards wouldn't let us in. The receptionist had written the wrong room number. In fairness they gave us 2 free cocktail vouchers to make up for it, so we were happy! Loved our stay and would definitely go back, especially now we know our way round!

Hotel was nice enough however the staff need some serious training in some happy place, the staff were all so miserable and would not smile or acknowledge us. Two exceptions was the Asian lady at the Carvery taking the payments she was an absolute delight. The reception team were also nice and very professional. Rest of the general staff were terrible.

No air con so the room was very warm, just a fan. Too much light coming in via the bathroom window and glazed bathroom door. Dogs staying in neighbouring room which started barking in the early hours of the morning, so all in all we didn’t get much sleep.

Very good value evening buffet . Being an older couple we prefer other deVere’s sites as the proximity of legoland and Thorpe Park make this one very suitable for families.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was really clean and spacious with everything we could need. We loved the pool, especially all the toys for the children. The boys also loved the free popcorn. We had dinner in the restaurant and everything we ate was excellent! Breakfast was just as good with plenty to choose from and excellent quality. We also loved the outdoor play equipment and the games area outside the restaurant. We will definitely be staying again.

Only stayed the night and had breakfast so didnt really get have opportunity to experience the hotel fully. But the food was good the room was nice and clean. Really nice shower. Staff were really nice. The grounds made for a nice walk after breakfast.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the De Vere Beaumont Estate. Perfect for families. The dinner buffet is defiantly recommended. Spacious and clean room. The pool facilitates were excellent. Just amazing considering it was very reasonably priced.

Huge property with well maintained gardens, nice pool and surroundings. Perfect for couples, families as well as elderly. Nice food at the restaurants with decent pricing. Really good breakfast spread. Comfortable beds. Overall a great experience!

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great facilities. My two children loved the outside space. Delicious breakfast. Thank you ☺️

The most family friendly stay I’ve ever experienced. Happy staff keen to help. Lots of room and ideas for families to relax/ run off steam. Had to change rooms but it was our choice and it was not a bother.

Nice hotel but under Heathrow flight path so very loud at night. Bathroom wasn’t very clean, thick black hair throughout. The entrance to rooms has an awful door system, just take the doors off as it’s pointless and restrictive.

Swimming pool was a lovely warm temperature. The staff we're very helpful, polite and checked us in/out quickly. Breakfast and dinner was nice, there was definitely a large variety to pick our meal from.

Unfortunately there was an event on which was not mentioned and our room was next to this. Event finished at 3.45am with very loud music which rendered sleep impossible.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. There is a heritage building which is the reception- and the bedrooms are in wings on the property which are like a low budget travelodge. Definitely not to be booked if you have mobility issues as rooms are many minutes away via narrow corridors and multiple staircases. Beds comfy but shower very poor. Mis-selling! Do not believe the pictures on hotels.com

Maybe the best hotel I have stopped in, In the UK and I been all over the world

Booked the hotel for one night. Suggest when booking that you pay close attention to where the room is. I expected a room in the grand white home as shown on the website but we were in one of the adjacent buildings. I regret booking a “courtyard view” not realizing people would be enjoying drinks there well after 11:00 pm. Facilities and staff and dining were good.
