Needs a total upgrade.

Just a very basic property.. lots of noise.. smell of cigarette smoke in hallway. Room was clean… tv connection was terrible. And absolutely no services. Fine to sleep for a night. Nothing else

The price was right, there was no soap; shampoo in the room; television was limited with no TV guide

This was the most affordable option in Peterborough on a weekend on Expedia, and its exactly what you'd expect to pay for. Some noise upstairs on the 3rd floor, but tbh I don't care. Some reviews mention no fridge, but I have a mini fridge in my room. A nice place to rest my head for 1 night for a work trip. 10/10 happy about my experience, because I'm not a brat who expects a perfect score from the most affordable option. Thanks Motel 6 :)

I sat for ten minutes waiting to get checked in and had to go to the third floor to find someone to finally check me in.

We had a reservation, the first room they give us had no toilet door, it has been riped off. We went to reception an they didnt have any other room available... i was there with a coworker for work, i need to take a shower and go to the bathroom. They make us wait 1h and half to give 2 separate room. Mind you we arrive there at 9pm after a 14h shift. I just wanted to sleep....

Rented the room due to the ice storm. We werent far from home but needed to shower after 4 days of no hydro.

The mattress was old and we felt the springs all night, only two pillows and they were well used! Bathroom was not very clean, you could see people spit toothpaste markings!

A very, very basic motel. Good location, but limited facilities: no microwave in room, not even cheap coffee maker. Maintenance was overdue in several areas.

The room was not vacuumed very well. Leftover food was on the floor. Lack of toilet paper but staff refilled it right away. I booked a room with a microwave but there was none. The fan in the bathroom drips. Very disappointed with this overall experience.

Having problems checking in

Motel 6 was a safe haven when the severe ice storm knocked out the hydro for days. Room was very clean and staff very friendly. Thankfully I could bring my dog with me. Bed very comfortable. Quiet room. Would absolutely stay there again.

Had to find a safe haven for me and my daughter from the Ice storm in March 2025. I don't think the room bed sheets were changed and hair every where, stains on the bed in the shower and floor was dirty. Wouldn't recommend

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Had to stay 2nd night due to weather conditions. Had no problem with booking/staying in same room.

Bed cover was stained, hair dryer was broken, the room was so over deodorized so strongly we had to open the window! Not enough accessible outlets, had to unplug the TV so i could plug in my watch charger, cell phone charger and hearing aid charger. Bathroom was way to small and the ceiling fan sounded like a jet engine

The staff were very polite!
