When my guest arrived first in the hotel, he was given a room where the room key is not working and went back to the front desk and was given another room, little we didn't know and also didn't check that the 2nd room they made us transfer, there's a chair that was already damaged and we didn't even saw or checked it, till we checked out. And told us they'll be charging us 4,500. The manager/supervisor was very good though kudos to him, he handled us very calm and understanding. But the over all stay for 3 nights was ruined all, of that damaged chair. What's good is they ended not charging us. But I just hope they will remind the guests to check everything before they go to the rooms, or else they will charge you whatever is not good in there.

Service from the staff is great specially the bell service and food service. However, our room has poor air conditioning. It did not went up 27 deg. 22nd floor. Room looks clean, but you know and feel that it was cleaned long before we checked in as its very dusty. Fridge not working and they replaced it with a new one around 11pm. We reported it 3pm. We are asking for ice as it was very hot but they said that they will charge us: (.

The hotel has a good location but the service is slow. The hotel looks abandoned, the hot shower is not working, no toilet paper refill, the breakfast is meh.

Well the rm is ok but somewhere in the shower rm the water will stock up and I already reported it but still no one come to me. Then also in their kitchen when I order toast bread and longanisa as (soriso) in bisaya it is not fully cook and the bread it is not toast so my daughter did not eat and we threw it. The staff in the kitchen some are so ungrateful while answering the phone.

1. Upon check in we found out there were no towels in the bathroom, we called twice and waited for 40 minutes and no one gave us any. So we had to go down to concierge to ask for towels. Honestly even sogo has towels. 2. We came back and found out there was no toothbrush, we called twice again, waited another 40 min until someone gave us brushstroke. 3. In the morning the wifi didn't work and the cable tv didn't work as well. Honestly could our stay get any more frustrating. And again we called twice for someone to come out. 4. The closet door in room 805 is broken 5. There were no slippers, even cheap ass hotels have service slippers. 6. The furniture smells horrible, referring to the old couch. It looked expensive but smells like it's 100 years old. 7. When we checked out they did not give is a check out slip for parking so again we had to go back up to get it. We asked around and found out there's a new general manager and there's a shortage of toothbrush. And cable boxes hasn't been replaced. This is very embarrassing for a so called 3 star hotel. I would give dragon inn all your stars because I think they give better service. What a shame, I will not bring my family to your hotel. I hope this message will reach your management team. The staff are actually accommodating and nice. However, the hotel itself is not. The rooms are old, windows are dirty. There is a cap of a certain container clogging the sink. Wifi not always working that you have to reset it all the time. I just think they have to renovate and update their amenities as a price of 7,400+ php clearly did not go with what our hotel room should be.

Got upgraded to Deluxe room for free. Nice comfy bed. AC kinda weak and fridge not working. Both ok with us though. Overall satisfying for us.

I wrong to thus this hotel, check in only have 1 staff an take almost 1 hour, i order suite room in 34 floor and they have 2 lift 1 lift can go to 34 floor but is not working so I have to use different lift but have to transfer to different lift in 19 floor, during breakfast first day so crowded so I take breakfast the hotel I think small area, thanks

We booked 2-bed room suite but given 2 deluxe rooms due to plumbing issue on the day. Room/hotel is outdated; wifi is weak. Cable tv not working. No bidet!!! Breakfast is so-so.

They charged us 1500 for putting down the matress, if there would have been briefing them before checking in. The said reason would have been to assist their hk. They still do not know the claim stub of their conceirge.

Service is terrible. They would invariably answer no to every request. Had to call four times to get someone to fix bathtub. Waited two hours. WiFi had to be reset at least three times a day. Average wait time for tech was about 30 minutes. Checked in late but had paid for breakfast. When we asked if we could have a breakfast sent to our room the staff lied and said all their breakfast food was thrown away. Air conditioning never got room to desired temperature. For some odd reason the express elevators to rooms only in service half a day...and then only 3am to 1pm. Odd. The other Tim’s you ad t take one elevator half way, then switch to another elevator to go to room. Paid deposit booked with credit card but was denied the “privilege” of charging meals to my room. Again odd. Obviously will never stay here again. Ate at Chinese buffet. Worst meal I had in Philippines. Limited selection. Food way past it’s prime. Expensive. Awful experience.
