Lovely hotel but the rooms are very dated and dusty Not good for those with dust allergies TVs are tiny and mine didnt work. Regardless of this, fantastic gym and swim facilities. Good for just an overnight stay, but nothing near luxurious as advertised on this app

Been coming for over 20 years and the staff are always very friendly, and every thing is always clean and tidy. Food is always very good. Excellent golf courses.

Very comfortable stay. The room had tea making facilities and was very large. TV was extremely small, but it was only an overnight stay so no issue.

Convenient location for us to visit friends and family. Have stayed there before, can be noisy at times throughout the year but it is a golf club and people are the to enjoy themselves. Has no lift to 1st floor.

My room had a small window that let in very little light. The whole place is very dated. Other than the shower room it doesn’t seem to have been updated since it opened. Shame really as it could be a very nice place The restaurant was closed so only bar food available. £20 for a nasty burger and chips!

Hotel room was perfect for a family very comfy beds and pillows, shower was a delight felt like i was getting a massage. Swimming pool was nice but changing rooms and toilets needed cleaning very dirty and run down. Food was very dissapointing and restaurant washy even open on the Tuesday night so had to find somewhere to eat. Breakfast was poor 13.95 for a full english and left a lot to desire for portion size and taste. Had some cheesy chips for lunch that were undercooked and tasteless. Really need to work on their food son has a contiental breakfast which had two different cereals and 1 tray of stale croissants for 8.95 Overall i would give it a three needs updated and modernising and food needs a complete overhaul

Nice enough place, rooms are a little dated but it didn't matter, we were only filming an adult movie there so the surroundings of a grotty hotel were suitable. Food in the restaurant was OK and the people were helpful.

Everything was okay, but the beds were 2 twin bed pushed together to make a double bed wasn’t that comfy if you went in the middle. Food tasted great, but the amount you get for the price isn’t worth it. Receptionists weren’t overly friendly said hi and just gave us our room key, the bar workers and food runners were absolutely lovely had great conversations.

The property’s rooms are a little dated however spacious and comfortable. They have good entertainment at the bar and a nice pool.

We stayed in the flat, lots of updating needed, cobwebs off light shades, tea and coffee basket falling apart, sofa was very grim! I’m sure the rest of the rooms must have been better as hotel looked busy. Staff lovely, pool facilities great, food was very good, we ate in the bar area and breakfast in the morning, good value.

A great stay after a busy day to return for a swim steam room and sauna, then visit the restaurant for a well placed evening meal. Lovely and quiet area.

The room was a very good size, clean and had coffee, tea and chocolate making facilities. We had everything we needed in the room. The food was nice and the service was good. It did have golf and leisure services but we didn’t use any of that. Would definitely recommend.

The WI-FI signal in the bedroom was dreadful, as staying for work purposes, this was critical, I couldn't use my own phone data as the phone signal was also poor. Stay at this hotel regularly and find it perfect for me. But felt disappointed this time due to this.

I stayed for one night (non-golfing trip) as I had a half marathon nearby. On arrival we checked in but were not told anything about where the room even was, when breakfast was, where breakfast was etc. When we got to our room it was an okay size and the bathroom was clearly recently refurbished and was nice, but the room (and rest of the hotel/golf facility) was clearly very outdated (and smelt a bit like an old people’s home). We opted for the £25 breakfast (total for two people) and we got scrambled eggs and apple juice… the quality wasn’t really worth it, but the waitress was nice and friendly and helpful. We left pretty unimpressed, but overall didn’t mind it for just the 1 night.
