It was a pretty quiet and nice place.

Enjoyed our 7 day stay here with a view over lagoon. Easy walk to beach & restaurants.

Blue lagoon provides excellent accommodation at a reasonable price. We found the staff very helpful. We would happily go back to Blue Lagoon again.

We had a 2 bed apartment, it had enough space for a family of 4 with 2 single beds for the kids. Large kitchen/Dinning/Family area. Large 2 way bathroom. Staff were exceptional, very helpful with tourist information. We also had a toaster die and it was replaced the same morning. Short walk to beach, dining options and small local shop. The only issue we had was with the phone ringing with no one at the other end, we unplugged it. They said they are getting a new phone system.

Great location, super comfy bed, clean room with heaps of space. Great balcony! Would stay again.

the staff were great however if you plan on staying here remember to bring some toilet paper because they only give you 1 roll during your stay (i stayed there for 3 nights with my husband) which is ridiculous

The property and rooms were lovely, it was quiet and peaceful. The facilities were great my children loved the pool the only minor issues were the Wi-Fi and showers. Wi-Fi you couldn't connect at all and the shower was either scalding hot or cold no in-between. Bust beside those 2 things it was a very enjoyable stay. definitely recommend

The staff over the intercom (used for late check-in) was horrible. The first time I tried they told me my reservation wasn't ready, the second time they cut me off in the middle of the conversation, and the third time I was finally able to check in. It takes 30min. The Wi-Fi in the room was slow.

The management was great. They accomodated my needs and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Blue Lagoon Resort. Thanks Brian your a champ.

Great location easy flat walking to beach local shops cafes buses Beautiful resort spacious modern light filled rooms with large bathrooms Ask for a room overlooking the lagoon pool if you need an elevator Always lovely helpful staff

I liked the fact that after a misunderstanding about just needing 1 room with 2 beds you were willing to work out an amicable solution

This unit was larger than we expected and clean. It can use some re-modeling but it's clean. The location was great and walking distance from the beach and the restaurants. We signed up for an organized group tour and one of the pick up point was only few steps away. I didn't like the fact that we had to take the garbage when it was a "hotel" but it wasn't too bad.

Great communication from staff, taking all consideration to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Facilities are reasonable for the price point, and location is perfect

Loved the beautiful location and the pools, the room had a couple of things that could use fixing, couple of holes in plaster and tv had weird lines across the glass but it did not stop us from enjoying our stay and would definitely come stay again

The reception staff were brilliant at all times with queries etc. the room itself was huge and so comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was the comfiest bed we’ve stayed in for so long!! Would definitely recommend and we will be back as soon as we can!

Lovely self contained unit. Quiet and comfortable home from home. Some of the furniture was a bit tired but it detract from our most enjoyable stay

Very nice property, excellent position, easy walking distance to restaurants and beach. Loved Trinity Beach, laid back vibe with plenty of restaurants and scenery.
