The accommodations were lovely. The front desk staff was eager to help but disorganized.

Lovely building and great breakfast options. Bed very comfortable and fab view over the harbour (even in the rain!). Bathroom very nice with lovely toiletries provided. Would definitely appreciate some coat hooks in the room.

Great location with beautiful views from its ocean view suite. Loved the lounge and convenience to the bay. Definitely go there if it fits in your budget.

Well located and very comfortable and clean.

Only downside is lack of hotel parking. Having said that we loved the hotel. Staff were lovely left you in peace but were there if you needed something. Our suite was really lovely with a great view and the use of the thermal spa a great treat. Will definitely come back again.

Great place with air conditioning

Excellent location on the waterfront. Be sure to get a sea view room or otherwise the view could be of the back which faces the alley. Facility is old and tied and could use a refresh. The spa area which has a sauna, steam room, and heated lounge chair is a nice space.

Hotel charged 5-star pricing but even after having had a refurbishment we would rate it as 3-star. Cracks in bar ceiling / support pillars, dust around table feet in bar. Sloping floors, ill fitting carpets.

Disappointing room. Good location. Glad we stayed only for a night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were highly impressed by the high standard of service in this centrally located hotel in Oban. Our room was overlooking the bay and was very well prepared and cleaned during our stay. One of the highlights for us was the excellent cooked breakfast which set us up for the day! In particular we would like to mention how supportive and professional reception staff were throughout our stay.

Very nice property with amazing views. Quality amenities and furnishings. The only hotel we’ve been at at Scotland. That’s worth a damn !!

I love this hotel best of all. Everything from the little chocolates, to the great shower, and yummy towels. And people at the front desk were awesome.

Perle Oban… a wonderful Pearl in the heart of Oban. Had friends staying nearby and this was by far the nicer hotel. Close and convenient to everything, especially the railway station.

I would say “book this hotel” but it was so great that I don’t want it to be sold out next time I want to stay there.
