Very nice and cozy room with fake fireplace and big jacuzzi

The swimming pool suite was amazing staff was amazing

The hot tub and steam shower plus we got free upgrade since we stayed a couple days earlier also

Good place

Room was so limited area wasn't comfortable for eating. They even offered breakfast in the morning that was even worse. No breakfast area. Ill never go back here for the price i paid. I rather go somewhere else

The water in the shower was freezing cold! Was moved to a smaller room!

Clean room, comfortable bed, great size bath and shower, perfect for an evening getaway or a quick roll in the sheets.

My boyfriend and I have been here multiple times in the past few months. Came again to use the steam shower. Walking into the room the floors were freezing cold. Turned on the heat, but the floor never warmed up. Got settled in and undressed. We were ready to go into the steam shower, but the steam unit did not work properly. Called multiple times to tell them about the issues and asked to change rooms, but he said it was fully booked so that wasn’t an option. Told them we would even pay more for a different room or upgrade that night or another night. The man told us to talk to someone in the morning. We understand it was cold outside and things happen, but they did nothing to remedy the situation just thanked us for letting them know. Felt like no one cared about the situation. Shouldn't rent a room with frozen floors. With the amount of money I’ve spent here I am extremely upset and disappointed. We would love to be repeat customers and do business with the hotel, but I can't speak positively or recommend this hotel to anyone without some remedy for the experience that night.

I just checked out of my room @11 and for my first time here this was a very nice place to stay at, my wife said she loved it and when I came to check in I had booked the standard room and they give me the premium room with no extra cost for my first time ! TV was pretty good size compared to my other stays , clean , up to date, staff is wonderful and they also have cash deposit which is more convenient. Overall 10/10 and will come back , also the shower was amazing , thank you guys ! Appreciate my stay

The pool suite was very nice. We enjoyed ourselves at the champagne lodge and hopefully will return again soon.

Wonderful stay

Needs fan got to hot in the room with the jacuzzi. Other then no fan everything was amazing

The room lights didn’t work, the cleanliness was poor. The bathtub had hair in it. Not all of the shower was working. Overall my experience was poor.

Sheets had what looked like water stains and pillow cases has some form of dry orange scum . Had to request for clean ones. The 3 stars are for the jacuzzi. It was exceptionally clean. The room was very underwhelming and did not live upto the photos you may see online while booking. Everything is old and hanging in by the thread. It’s a very average private establishment and you get what you pay for kind of thing. The staff was very professional and responsive. Otherwise, I was disappointed.
