Our room was nice and clean. The location was great real close to the airport. It worked out perfect for us.

Our stay was great! There were 3 rooms of us who booked in order to be of close proximity to the Kentucky Exposition Center and Springhill was perfect! The staff, especially Laverne, who was at the desk when we checked in and every day afterwards. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Also, Jessica, who checked us out when we left, making sure our bill was 100% correct! In addition, she also came to our room the first day because our TV was not working. She isn't the maintenance guy, but she fixed it promptly, which was great! Everyone was so nice! The hotel itself was great . There was only ONE minor thing that was not up to par, and that was the toilet paper. It was so thin, single ply but you could read a book through it! Bonvoy, you can do better in that area. We will be back next year! And probably bring our own T.P.

Good not bad

Everything was wonderful but a couple of things. Breakfast on Saturday morning was crazy. When we got down at 830 almost everything was gone. Took staff a while to get things stocked back up. Ventilation in the bathroom was non existent. Almost passed out in the shower. Otherwise everything else was perfect. Staff at front desk was helpful and sweet. Definitely will stay again if in the area.

From start to finish our one night

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating

Flight came in early.. early check in was done with no hesitation. Then of all things flight was cancelled and then rebooked several hours later. Lovely staff again with no hesitation….a late stay closer to flight time going home. Much appreciated great customer service.

Check in check out staff were exceptional

It was a quick stay but I felt safe and my room was very nice. I would stay again.

The fire alarm went off at night and the window dripped water during rain.

Check in was great: room had smell. Hair in bed . Carpets stained. Shower would not drain stood in water to while showering. Dusty. Very disappointed. Reviews were good. But over paid for out dated dirty hotel. Just recently stayed at a SpringHill Suites in Detroit and it was great. This one was so awful.

The hotel and the rooms where very clean and no bugs or rodents. A/c work in this extremely hot weather.

Housekeeper Dorothy amazing; so nice & kept our room clean! Front desk agent at check in on Saturday 7/12 about 5 pm not pleasant. Asked for her to call the shuttle to the expo center & our driver( Barry ) who was excellent told us he never got a call.

I like that they had a swimming pool the children were able to swim whenever they wanted the cleanliness of the hotel overall was great

The room was okay. The conditioner, shampoo and body wash were out. The towels were fraying at the end. The workout room was hot. A/C needs lowered. The breakfast has limited options. Cereal, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and yogurt. The toast machine broke. Therefore, toast, bagels couldn’t be used.

We had a very hard mattress. There were patches on our room walls like someone was going to paint. Ccbwebs on popcorn ceiling.
