Great location, near JR & bus station, there is a tram station in front of the hotel. Breakfast is quite good, colorful. Room is a bit small, true Japanese style, I booked a non-smoking room. Overall I rate it 8.5 points

Good size room, close to the morning market and the train station.

The room is comfortable, there is a window but you can't see the city skyline because it's blocked by the building next to it. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Thank You

I stayed for 2 days in the hotel. The hotel is near from JR Hakodate station and morning market. The room is clean but too small. We barely had space to open our luggage. The food isn't that good and the dining area is too small so we had to rush so that other people could have place to eat.

Good location near tram, convenient transportation.
