Mattress needs to be firm. Felt another person moving too much at night time

Our room did not have a microwave

Staff was extremely friendly. It was a pleasant stay

Our coffee maker didn’t work and the “complimentary coffee” in the lobby was always empty, and our room only had cold air blowing, had people come check on it 3 times and nothing was done. Me and my kids all got colds due to the coldness of our room.

Quiet, easy access

Hotel is older but clean and well kept. Room was spacious. Amenities and options were appreciated.

It was great! Pet friendly rooms had no carpet which made it feel clean on arrival.

Very nice facilities, but was very busy in the pool and at breakfast which made it quite noisy where are room was on the main floor.

Stayed here with family to attend a wedding. Staff are friendly and helpful. I checked in on the app which is helpful for checking in early. Will definitely be staying here next time in the future again.

The hotel was great. Super clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. West Edmonton mall, was a 7 minute drive. The breakfast had great options and the servers were constantly cleaning around the area and refilling all the food items. Definitely would stay again!
