The staff where on another level. This hotel was a highlight of my trip.

This hotel was average, but certainly not to the standards of a 4 star hotel as its advertised. The breakfast was great as other reviews state, but that's the only thing I would rate above average. All of the pictures of this hotel seem to have been taken at least a decade ago and the property has not been maintained well. The rooms were very basic and the bathrooms were a bit grimy. Our shower had rust marks all over the walls (I hope it was rust), and grime all around the caulking. It would also get extremely damp and humid after anyone would shower and the walls and ceilings in the bathroom would drip with moisture for about 10-12 hours after a shower. The pool and outdoor area were also poorly maintained, I certainly would never consider swimming in that pool. If this were rated as a three star hotel I would consider it passable, but rating this hotel as 4 stars makes absolutely no sense to me given the state of the rooms, property, and amenities.

The property was located in a decent area and close proximity to places.

An amazing boutique hotel. We stayed here on our honeymoon. They made us feel welcome and had lots of small touches to make sure we were looked after. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great and in an ideal location in Palermo. Lots of great food spots within walking distance and easy to access the rest of the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property with an incredible staff.They were all very very helpful and friendly.My only suggestion would be to get the top floor just in case you get noisy upstair neighbors.

This hotel is superb! They have thought of every detail, from lists of suggested restaurants or rainy day activities, to a range of tasteful and comfortable common spaces with local guidebooks. In the beautiful and very comfortable room, we appreciated a jetted tub and a plug adapter. Bedtime chocolates are provided with a card about the next day’s weather forecast, When we explained that we would be checking out before breakfast, staff offered to pack us some breakfast items to take with us.

Excellent hotel, and an amazing location in the heart of Palermo. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Breakfast was a buffet of cold food, and hot food made to order.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo. Lots of great restaurants/bars a short walk away; shopping; craft markets and an easy trip to other popular areas and the local Jorge Newbury airport. Great breakfast. Reception staff couldn’t be more helpful esp in booking taxis to /from the airports. I’ve been returning there for years.

We had a wonderful stay at Mine Hotel in Buenos Aires. It’s a charming boutique hotel with a warm, inviting feel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety, with some items made to order, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The location is excellent—you can easily walk to so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Mine Hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires!

Great hotel, delicious breakfast and a beautiful courtyard to enjoy a cocktail by the pool! There is a waterfall to listen to if you open your patio door. Great location to many restaurants. Definitely recommend!

The location, clean room, decor, friendly staff, good breakfast all contributed to an excellent stay at Mine Hotel Botique, Palermo....I would stay here again if my travel plans bring me to Buenos Aires.
