Near to Kobe Sannomiya station, near to Don Donki and Ikuta Jinja and also Kobe Mosque. Quite small for 3 of us, but it's OK. Love the location.

From train station exit W2 (would save a lot of walk), then go right around 20 meters and you will arrive at the B hotel. Excellent location, located in a crowded area. There is a 7/11 store open 24 hours across the street.
