A Swedish gem just 30 minutes from Landvetter airport. Stunning cluster of industrial brick buildings housing hotel, restaurant and high quality shops. You can take a lovely walk up to to Tollered and the factory buildings there. There is also a spa with saunas plus dock for swimming and various water sports.

Our stay here was one of those wonderful serendipitous experiences that make travel fun. We decided to stay away from Gothenburg on a holiday weekend night when accommodations were tight and discovered Naas Fabriker Hotel. It is located on a beautiful lake about 30 minutes from Gothenburg. The hotel is new, has an attractive design and an excellent restaurant, plus shops and a cafe. We saw a number of small wedding parties and families at the hotel and it was clear that people who live in the area also enjoy going to the hotel for celebrations. The town of Alingsas, known for its Fika cafes, is not far away and was a nice side trip. We took buses and taxis for transportation, but next time I would rent a car to more easily get to the hotel and explore other areas near the lake.

Always a nice place to return to. Clean, aesthetic rooms, friendly staff, amazing dinner and breakfast with lovely amenities. Our favorite "staycation!"

This place completely exceeded our expectations! It was just what we wanted, a lovely and comfy getaway by a lake to find some peace of mind. The room was amazing, very spacious, great bed and we got lucky to have the best view over the lake. Dinner at the restaurant was perfect, friendly service, outstanding food and drinks. The environment around the hotel is also charming indeed. Due to covid restrictions, one has to book the spa in advance and only for 90 mins per stay. The badhuset was very nice even though one of the saunas was out of order and it was the one with the best view. Breakfast could be improved but very good anyway. All in all, highly recommended.

A surprise find for me, just outside of Gothenburg. Absolutely beautiful setting.....must come back for a longer stay

The hotel was a pleasurable surprise when I finally arrived. Having spent a lot of time travelling in the day I didn’t arrive until 8pm, so didn’t really see the external buildings and surrounding till the morning. My room was very spacious (336), which had a separate lounge area with high ceilings and modern furnishings and lighting. I used the gym which was well equipped. Breakfast was superb with all options catered for and very good quality. With out a doubt I would return to Fabrika Hotel the next time I’m in town! Thank you.

Air conditioning in my room was not working but I was immediately put in a different room

The rooms were clean, big. The bathroom was amazing, great shower. Breakfast felt a little standard for a hotel, nothing that stood out. Other than that it was a great stay!

Beautiful surroundings, but service was not that good.

Excellent accommodation in a delightful lakeside situation. Only wish we could have stayed more than one night.

Everything was very good except the accessibility of the hotel lobby to the parking area was poor. There was no way to drive up to the hotel lobby to make bag drop and return to the vehicle easy. Had to walk a relatively long distance, in the rain. Totally out of line with what is expected of a nice facility such as this.

Great location by the lake, adequate parking, good public transport links, excellent facilities including local Deli & Café, Shops and well as being in a historic Cotton Mill setting. What's not to like. Would definitely stay again soon.

Feels a bit sterile and desivned for congerances. Not so good for couples

We were looking forward to this hotel stay, but even though we had pre-paid our rooms through Expedia months in advanced, the hotel told us they could not comply with our room choices (one double room, one room with two separate twin beds for four people). Instead the only available rooms were two double rooms. Fine for the married couple, not so great for two other unrelated people. Hotel claims problem was with Expedia even though I had my original booking paper with me. Otherwise this is a classy hotel with two saunas,each with view of lake, hot tubs, beautiful views, great breakfasts, etc.
