First time visiting south Cali, good experience overall.

Staff at check in was super friendly and helpful. Private entrance to Legoland was nice.

Staff friendly but our room ac wouldn’t turn on they told us they were booked for our stay so couldn’t change rooms luckily it wasn’t too hot during our stay and we can bug problems with them entering threw our patio

Front desk service was excellent during our entire stay. The staff at 7 Mile was also wonderful up until our last morning. Our server that morning was like a ghost. Unattended and took too long to come back with items requested. By the time we asked for the check, I was steaming how long things were taking. But other than that, our stay was great kids loved the pool. The room was great size and cleanliness.

Construction’s going on by the pool . 7 miles restaurant & Bar had good good& drinks & staff . Room was ok not the best!!! Close to shopping .

Local staycation, too crowded during summer break time tho. Dining and room services are just normal standard. Enjoyed the stay, only one night.

Receptionist was so friendly, attentive, and personable! Multiple bed suite room was nice and spacious, comfortable beds and clean bright restroom!

We picked this hotel since it was the closest to the address we had to do business with in CA.Very dirty rooms. They also had construction which was annoying. There was 2 glasses behind my door for 3 days and no body even cared to clean it up. Smell of weed and people talking load in middle of the night. No supervision at all. Not a good place for families.

Checking in was a nightmare. Our room keys didn’t work twice and we had to be moved to a different room. I did pre-check in at 11 but at 4 our room still wasn’t ready. Very poor customer service offering no one to help us and instead requiring me to lug all my luggage back to the front desk TWICE until they found us a new room with working door. Our room was clean which is a plus. The restaurant and poolside service was incredibly slow (waited close to an hour for our food and we dined 3 separate times). Staff was kind but service is definitely lacking. For the price I would stay elsewhere in the future.

Hotel location was convenient and provided what we needed for our stay and visit to Legoland. Property is a bit dated, but decent overall.

The hotel was beautiful, and everyone we spoke with on staff was helpful and nice. Our experience was with housekeeping and the front desk. The property was quiet, yet conveniently located with a lovely view. Having a private entrance to Legoland was a neat plus. The fitness facility was adequate. They had a large fire pit that was pleasant in the evening and created spontaneous opportunity to interact with other guests. Everything was well-lit. The pool was large and pretty, although I’m not convinced it’s really heated to 82. The jacuzzi was very pleasant and large enough for several people. They had many lounge chairs and towels. The areas that could be improved are: 1) We didn’t have any issues with the elevator, but it sounds like it’s about to break. 2) The layout is confusing at first. When you get off the elevator at level 4, 4000s are to your right and 2000s are to your left. When you go inside toward the 2000s, you see another elevator that’s labeled as being level 3. 3) It appears that water was not taken into consideration when planning the hotel. It rained the day we arrived, but water was still pooled on our balcony days later. The faucet in the bathroom is so close to the basin that we regularly had to wipe water off the counter. The beautiful fountain in the courtyard isn’t big enough to account for splashing, so it’s wet all around it and has a caution sign next to it.

The way the hotel is displayed on yelp is far different than what it truly is. This is more of a family destination for Lego land. Was disappointed from how they sell you on the location when it’s far from the beach.

We had 2 nights at Sheratons hotel in Carlsbad then moved to Westin hotel next to Sheraton for 3 nights. Both hotels are nice and clean. Friendly employees.
