Gret hotel, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean, convenient and close to the Sofia airport!

Great hotel and shuttle to airport

Es un excelente hotel cercano al aeropuerto, aunque hay que tomar taxi de ida y regreso para el centro de la ciudad

Stayed one night for connecting flights, clean, big room, airport shuttle very convenient. If I need to I will stay again!

The hotel was great other than a few things. TV was not working properly so no English TV. The wifi kept kicking me off and had to continually sign in. Air Conditioning didn’t cool the room properly so it got quite warm.

Location

The hotel provided a free shuttle service from the airport and the drive hung around when my fight was delayed. A large compliamentary bowl of fruit was left in my room which was a nice touch.

The staff was very kind and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

Was great as always, we used this hotel every summer, it’s close to Airport.
