They had bikes to rent that was good. The beds where extremely uncomfortable. The TV only had one language couldn't change to subtitles that was very disappointing, specially if there's a language barrier. Overall ***

Old style hotel for adults

Good location, outdated, noisy

We felt welcome, it was clean and safe.

The property is very clean. The staff were very helpful. It is walking distance two minutes from the beach. The area has nice restaurants and the locals there are very friendly. The only drawback was Expedia said free continental breakfast and we were charge 13 Euro per person. The breakfast was good though.

The hotel is a 3 mins walk away from the beach. It is a beautiful hotel - spacious and clean.

The best in the west

Room didn’t include the desk for working as per the Hotels.com pictures. So for a work trip was not ideal. No bath plug. Curtains dont cover the window. So sunlight comes directly into the room so less sleep than normal. Cold Water and Cold Showers.

This place was a perfect stay until we got settled. Wow they gave a room that was run down and needed up keep. The noise from the check in counter echoed in the morning. DO NOT ACCEPT room #017 as your room because you will not get any sleep. Fortunately, we had to stay there only 2 day until our cruise departed. The area is great for dining and everything is walkable. Its not worth the money, stay somewhere else.

Located about 20-30 min outside Barcelona, within walking distance to beach and restaurants and public transit. Rooms were clean. Balcony was nice. Breakfast had many options. Large lobby with lots of seating. Outdoor pool.

Staff was amazing and spoke English well. Very helpful with anything we needed. About a 20-30 min ride to Barcelona tourist areas or to the airport. Handy location away from busy areas.

Ein tolles Hotel, wir waren super zufrieden. Ganz in der Nähe vom Strand und vielen Restaurants. Zimmer für 4 Personen sehr geräumig, Unterteilung durch Schiebetür möglich, mit großem Balkon unter Dach von Pinienbäumen. Der Glanz und die Großzügigkeit älterer Zeiten gefiel mir sehr gut, große Fenster, große verdunkelte Spiegel und geräumige Lounge. Ein leckeres Frühstück. Aufgeräumt und gut organisiert.

Was upgraded to partner hotel so great. I'd had a crazy journey and got there very late, so initially it didn't feel great. But the staff were amazing at both hotels, one even charged my ancient iPhone on his own charger 💥

Great hotel and staff, unfortunately no communication through this Expedia app. I messaged twice as the option was double or twin room to request a double bed without a response. On arrival I showed the man on reception (evening shift arrival 11.30pm) the request and he said yes double. When we arrived to the room was two single beds :( twin rooms

Hotel is in a great location, near the beach and restaurants. Super friendly staff and clean rooms. I will stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona.

This is the fourth time I stay in this hotel. It is well located, generally quiet, service is excellent and you do get your money's worth (four star hotels are often three times as expensive and you don't get much more than you get at Ciudad de Castelldefels.
