Super comfy stay a bit disappointed the pool was broke since we booked for that reason!

During my stay it was nice and quiet. The staff was lovely. The room is a little outdated but overall it was nice and clean. The pool unfortunately was closed during my stay so that was a bummer. The price was right will be back. Breakfast was good.

The only issue we had was the pool wasn’t open. I booked through Expedia and it wasn’t up to date so when we arrived the kids were disappointed. We decided to stay at a different hotel and the Hampton inn said they would issue us a refund

Love the easy check in. The room was spacious and a lot of value for price. Loved the text to make sure everything was good.

Our beds were clearly not cleaned. There were blood stains all over the sheets when we arrived. Disgusting.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very quiet, and staff very friendly and helpful!

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast wasn’t really hot. Real cutlery instead of plastic would have been a better option. Pool and hot tub were relaxing. Convenient location close to restaurants and the mall.

The front desk staff member when I arrived was very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was also good. However, I noticed in the bathroom that it had not been cleaned very well and I was disappointed that the shower and tub were smaller than was pictured. My partner and I had difficulty enjoying our time in the room. However, overall it was a very nice time.

The continental breakfast was tasty. The waterslide was so much fun for my kids. The facility was very clean and staff were friendly.

Hotels .com did not say it was US currency I wouldn’t recommend they told me website needs work it’s not perfect but no refund or credits and it was $100 more for the 2 rooms

Very quiet and clean hotel with friendly staff. Has great room options and prices, there's a free breakfast and there's a pool with a water-slide if you need to keep any little ones entertained. Would most definitely recommend getting a room here if you're staying in the Eastside of Saint John for a bit.

The staff member I spoke to at the Hotel was very rude on Monday when I called to let them know I would be late getting to the hotel. I stayed at the hotel many years ago and it was beautiful. I would not recommend this hotel because it needs too be updated. I couldn't watch TV after midnight because it was set on a timer. The staff cleaning the rooms were amazing and very helpful and the staff I met from late Monday night until Friday where very accommodating. I was very disappointed that I was not addressed with the bad service I received on the phone Monday from the hotel Manage.

3rd party booking thru Expedia PREVENTED ME from an offered refund due to excessive noise complaints. This building is a cheaply made wooden structure with little to no thought about sound proofing. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!
