The bed was horrendous. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced, and I am generally not picky. There was also trash left in the room under the table and what looked like poop splatter on the wall next to the toilet under the toilet paper. The only time I went to the front desk, I had to wait about seven minutes for someone to come see what I needed. I generally love Hampton Inn and Suites but will not be returning to this one.

I have always trusted Hampton Inns but will never stay at one again. I chose this one over less expensive options due to reputation and ratings. The staff was friendly and attempted to assist. The outside entrances were covered in bird poop which was disgusting when we had to bring our dog out to peep. The purpose of my trip was to spend time with my college aged daughter who was recovering from a hard week. We were having some down time but couldn’t access Netflix or our streaming services on the tv. We watch on our iPad. That was disappointing. Then there was the constant noise. The room had very little insulation. We could hear all of the other room’s door slamming. Worst of all, though, was the child above us who was jumping of the bed and running around the room from 6:00 PM until 12:00 Midnight. After multiple complaints to the front desk and one personal visit to the guest’s room, the noise finally quieted down. We were told we were not the only ones complaining about the noise. It was a nightmare. I will be going back to my preferred hotel. I was trying other options.

Everything is perfect excrept the cheap, one ply toilet paper. We’ve noticed it’s the same in the last Hampton we’ve stayed last weekend in Sugarland, Tx. We just stopped at a Texas travel stop and that toilet paper was better quality and use of the facilities was free.

The stay at the Hampton Inn was great. I absolutely do have a problem with Hotels.com When I booked this room it stated the room was not for a handicapped person. When I checked in guess what, the room was for a handicapped person. This isn’t the first time either. Fortunately the person at the front decks had available rooms and was able to change us out. This hasn’t been the case in past stays. The morale of the story. Don’t believe Hotels.com’s description. Might be wise to contact the hotel and bypass these jokers.
