Friendly staff.

The carpets in the building and in the rooms needs to be cleaned. Our allergies were triggered. The furniture was damaged, and the mattress was stained. There was a scent of mildew in the hallway and in our rooms. Otherwise, the property was clean, and the staff was very courteous and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. The location was very close to the highway and to shopping and dining.

The staff was nice but the carpet in the room smelled wet.

Loved that I could get to WalMart, gas, Chick-fil-A, and a few other fast food places through the parking lot without getting back out on the main road. It is also convenient to the overpass, allowing you to quickly head out in any direction on 287.

The breakfasts were ok. The staff were friendly. The plqce was quiet.

The hot tub was nice and it was great they had breakfast however it did suck that they stopped serving breakfast at 9:30. They are along a highway so if you need to walk anywhere it is not a great location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and overall it was good!

The power went out which of course was out of the control of the staff. BUT they should have EXTENDED the breakfast hours since it was NOT available with the outage. This is an amenity that cause me to choose this hotel.

The smell was horrible. Made it difficult to sleep checked out early. It smells like mold and mildew on the second floor.

The smell of mold in the room was too strong I couldn’t breath , I left after 2 hours and never came back

Great location however with that comes loud road noise. The room smelled of old smoke or musty mildew. We went with a team and most of them said the room smell unclean. However, the rooms and the beds seemed clean and comfortable. They had all the amenities needed and was close to the facility we were gathering at.

I had another great stay at best western, Star greeted me as soon as i entered the building and helped with my needs. breakfast was good and a easy check out too

I loved this hotel. The rooms were clean. There was a great variety of items for breakfast. Would recommend 10/10

Good place to stay while house being painted.

Check in was fast and easy, our room was clean and had everything we needed.

It was good. The only thing i would point out the hot tub was set to high it was really hot,and the tile in the pool up above the water really needs a good cleaning. Everything else was very good.

Great hotel. Very clean, nice layouy\t anf\d great amenities. Defínitly would stay hear again.

When I first entered the room it had a musty smell, this went away after cooling down the AC. In my personal opinion, the bed was hard. I stayed for two nights, both nights were restless nights.

Its has an awful smell. They serve the same breakfast over and over again always pork. Bed are very uncomfortable.
