Easy check in ladies at front desk was knowledgeable and professional

Shower an carpet extremely filthy.

Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and shops.

Room was not was I was expecting. When I tried to change with the hotel they were completely unhelpful and just wanted me to pay for more rooms.

The entire staff from management to cleaning were friendly and accommodating. This was a last minute stay as I was having a water line put in and things were fluid as to how long I was staying. I chose the Hilton for a variety of reasons location, it had a restaurant and was in walking distance of other attractions and restaurants. The food at the restaurant was well prepared and delicious.

Housekeeping did not have the room ready at 4 when I checked in but the front desk girls did a great job at accommodating and were extremely nice while I waited.

This property is understaffed. I waited 15 minutes to check in. This was because the reception attendant was busy stocking the shelves of the store next to the the check in. She was in back loading a cart of goodies. She would have started stocking shelves if not for the line of disgruntled patrons. I was not alone in this review!! Give me a break Hilton.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Laramie has become my go-to accommodation whenever business or leisure takes me to Laramie. The location is simply unbeatable, just a walk away from the University of Wyoming, making it incredibly convenient for catching games and events. I can park at the hotel and walk to everywhere I need to go! Close proximity to three of my favorite restaurants, allowing for dining without the hassle of long drives. The hotel itself is immaculate, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn truly set this place apart. They are consistently exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From check-in to check-out, I've always felt valued and well taken care of. Whether you’re in town for work or pleasure, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn. It’s a fantastic choice that combines convenience, comfort, and outstanding service!
