Great location if you want to be close to shops. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking out the front was great.

Great location with undercover parking too (paid).

Beautiful property, walking distance from everything you need

We stayed here as it was within walking distance of the Glasshouse theatre. A couple of minutes walk to the theatre and a good selection of restaurants. We weren't aware that we had to pay for secure parking though, i object to paying for parking, luckily there was plenty of street parking.

All good, location is excellent.

In centre of port Macquarie so very convenient.

Great hotel fo stay on way up north. Good onsite restaurant with very helpful staff. Charlotte looked after us very well and meal was delicious. Easy under cover parking and a very comfortable room and bed. Close to beach and shops. We enjoyed our stay

Good customer service and quiet, safe property which is conveniently located. However, the rooms were below average for a 4 star hotel, in terms of cleanliness, views, and quality of furniture and amenities (which require an upgrade).

At 2 pm room was not ready. We were wait another half hour . The view from room was to the parking and pool . The hotel is old and needs renovation actually. Probably never back .

Smooth check in, complimentary drink voucher for waiting for the room to be ready.

It was a lovely overnight stay on a road trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequately equipped.
