It was a great stay

The property have roaches

The property was very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating.

We loved the convenient location - close to great restaurants and the beach. The front desk personnel (both night and day) were all very polite and helpful. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to make meals. We would definitely stay here again. One suggestion would be to vary the breakfast - had same dry scrambled eggs and sausage every day. Also, the floor in the unit was dirty - did not want to walk on it bare feet. The kitchen cabinets and refrigerator needed cleaning on the outside.

Great customer service

After a 16 hour drive and unloading luggage for a week for a family of four, we packed up and moved to another hotel. The walls, carpet and elevator were filthy. I would never recommend this hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable for what we needed. Breakfast was okay. People were so loud all through night, sounded like running down the halls. Halls and elevator smelled like weed.

Our stay here was not great, definitely don’t recommend this hotel. Our room wasn’t the cleanest, smelled quite musty & the desk/table tops were still dirty from the previous guests. Breakfast was terrible, there was barely anything out. And what was available was very poor quality and/or old & stale. We stayed for 3 days and the cleaning staff never came by our room nor took up our dirty towels we place outside the door (they were still outside when we left). We had a top floor room that faced the highway, and it honestly was very noisy from the traffic. Although we didn’t enjoy our stay, I will say the ladies working at the front desk were very kind & pleasant!

The room was comfortable, somewhat updated, and clean. The curtains were dingy and old. Outside of the room the doors, rugs, hallways were filthy.

The staff were very friendly but the hotel itself was outdated and dirty. Our bed was so soft that you sank to the middle. They did give us a new room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Cold eggs and the waffle maker didn’t work. The waffle was doughy and uncooked in places. Would not recommend that you stay here

We were worried that the milk for the cereal that represented the “continental” breakfast would make our daughter sick. So we left. Will not be returning

The property was quiet and safe. We had a lot of parking options and the property was well lit. The room was comfortable and had all that we needed for our stay. The carpet outside the rooms was very dirty but you can tell they are making changes to change from carpets. The walkways were clean everyday and the entire placed smelled like disinfectant (which we appreciated). The breakfast was okay and the staff was very accommodating and friendly Overall a very good experience for what we needed.

We had no hot water for showers.

Had a wonderful weekend! This is our second time staying. Bith says we're great!
