The proximity to the train station and airport is excellent. Staff are very courteous.

Very handy for airport and train station

We had our room changed because initially we were put on a floor with 18 travelling 15 year old students. Paying for parking was unexpected

This is a fabulous hotel for a night when you have to catch a plane the next morning as it has a free shuttle. Staff is very kind and helpful, beds are comfortable with a variety of pillows (I hate thick pillows and am relieved when there is something else to choose from), the gym is well-equipped and maintained and there are dining options in close proximity. Focaccia Restaurant is a 5 minute walk and has excellent service and lovely food. It isn’t quite Italy but they make a great Negroni and a pretty darn good Sicilian Barramundi. Plus they have a little shuttle to nearby hotels so you don’t have to navigate the frontage road in the dark.

Very clean and friendly staff. The dinner in the restaurant was terrible. The fries were overcooked and the sandwich wasn’t good. The breakfast was good!

Very good stay…room was comfortable and quiet (except for 1 night of noisy neighbours). Very nice bed. Morning breakfast buffet was very good, but Napa Lounge food was ok, but not fantastic (Ask for a view of the airport)

No microwave, toilet wasn’t flushing very well.

Shuttle drivers and hotel staff were lovely. They will take you to the VIA station next door as well as the airport to give you great options.

Very close to the Dorval train station unfortunately you can’t walk there however the hotel has a shuttle.

Clean and beautiful property

This was a one night stay after landing at the airport after 1:00 am. There was a shuttle to the hotel from the departure level. It was fast and efficient. They also served a great breakfast and check out wasn’t until 12:00 pm! Perfect for our needs as we were being picked up from the hotel to go home.

The room température was too cold when we arrived !
