Close to airport very friendly staff

Very convenietly closed to the airport. Great shuttle service. Great staff.

Perfect for a good sleep between two planes.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods. Room was a little noisy overnight - not sure if it was the trains alongside or construction going on. The latter was a little noisy starting at 8:00 am. Bed was comfortable!

I usually stay at Fairfield and enjoy it, but this time, two unusual incidents occurred: 1) After housekeeping serviced my room, the door was left slightly open, leaving my room accessible for about 12 hours. Fortunately, I only had clothes inside. 2) The night before my departure, I received an unexpected wake-up call at 2 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Thankfully, I had no tournament the next morning. I still love this hotel as I plan to stay with them in the future but I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else as well

I asked for a quiet room but I ended in a room where I couldn’t t sleep . The noise of an engine running downstairs was so annoying. There was even slight vibrations reaching the 3rd floor. It was 11pm and I was too tired to call to change the room

The restaurant food was horrible. Yuck! All the staff seemed unknowledged about their job. Indifferent and unempathetic to concerns that were brought up. The pool water was terribly cold and the shallow end was too deep for the kids we were traveling with. The mattress and pillows were too soft. The cleanliness was good. The hotel did not meet our specific needs or expectations.

Very close to the airport. A good clean hotel for a temporary stop. 10 minute shuttle that comes every half hour.

Higher price but well worth it. Excellent hotel and breakfast. Right next to the airport. Quiet hotel.

The tiles around the bath tub needed to be cleaned thoroughly.

Everything was great construction next door made it tight out front and parking garage are not convient for trucks outside parking should be dedicated to trucks parking garage should be for cars only . Inconvenience made me take a cab to places as getting truck in and out was a real pain

Clean the restaurant was great.The pool was freezing did not enjoy it.

Room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyeed a meal in the restaurant. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient.
