Nos gusto la atención recibida por el staff de front desk. Uno de los chicos muy amablemente le regaló un paquete de candies a mi hija de 6 años, un buen gesto. El hotel esta convenientemente ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto, con servicio de shuttle 24/7 a este. Hotel limpio, moderno, con restaurante, bar y piscina, lastima no hayamos podido disfrutar mas del mismo, pero lo recomendamos sin duda!

Very good experience, very convenient

The front desk lady gave us a room right beside the ice machine and directly above two giant vent fans. When I requested a room change, she said *we are sold out" which was obviously a lie since I was then given another room right away by the supervisor (who was much nicer and more honest). Somehow both rooms air conditioning make a very loud noise, worse than the airplanes. If you want a good night of sleep, avoid this hotel

Lovely hotel and perfect for PE Trudeau airport. Shuttle very convenient. Staff on reception very friendly and the room was lovely. Dinner in the restaurant was ok, not great, and no coffee in the lobby on the day we checked in but there was on check out… plus only 2 pods of coffee on the room and had to pay for more - did not experience this at any other hotel across Canada.

Shuttle was quick, check in friendly and efficient, room comfortable and breakfast good - good start to our vacation!

Our air conditioner wasn’t working and they got us into a new room within an hour!

Everything was very smooth from the shuttle service to the return to the airport. Breakfast enjoyable and staff all friendly and helpful. Room comfy and clean and bathroom had a bath and a shower.

I was satisfied with everything.
