Friendly staff, awesome mountain views from the hotel and restaurant. We stayed on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Be prepared to carry your own luggage. Zugspitze tickets can be purchased at the hotel reception. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel, very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
