Everything about this property was perfect, location, beautiful, clean, we loved our stay

Overall, the hotel was nice and had a pleasant atmosphere. However, we had a problem with the air conditioning system in our room—the control was not working, and as a result, our family was cold throughout the stay. Although we informed the staff, unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. Additionally, the room was not as spacious or bright as shown in the photos. These points affected our overall comfort during the stay.

Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great location. The bar and restaurant are very nice and has good food.

The hotel was beautiful, the only thing I didn't enjoy was that the room was in front of the elevator and people would stand and chat outside of our room. So we could hear everyone coming in and out. Also, I believe that they didn't give us the type of room that we had requested. It didn't look like the pictures we saw online. It was very small.

The hotel is nice, rooms clean but really small, I usually get a larger ones, but didn’t this time and I should have. The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was just too small and tight. Its an older hotel so it’s to be expected but I would not stay again. There is nothing wrong with the hotel it’s just not for me

We stayed in room 502. The mechanics for the elevators were right behind our room. Which meant we heard load noises every time the elevator was in use, which was all the time. Very disappointing

This is a beautiful, elegant hotel, in the heart of downtown Charlottetown, with exceptional staff.

Great location in Charlottetown, short distance to the river

Very nice rooms. Pool was great and the restaurant was very good. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. Clean and updated Rooms were a little small but understandable due to age of the building.

Sort of the mix of old heritage and new design - friendly staff

Loved this property. Great service and the renovations are beautiful in keeping the old charm of the building. Would stay again!

Front desk staff & restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful. We had an executive king room. Expensive for the little it offered. Bathroom tiny and very little space for toiletries. Bathtub very slippery, I fell while showering. Drain for tub didn’t drain well and would have appreciated a few anti slip pads in bottom of the tub. Lady working at the front desk showed zero concern about my fall. Housekeeping staff was very loud and banging doors far too early in the morning. We stayed 3 nights. Will be back to dine, won’t stay again.

We enjoyed a two night stay at this hotel. From the outside it looks very impressive and the reception and dining areas are very nice. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal and two hearty breakfasts and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable and clean but the hallways are looking rather sad for themselves with frayed carpets and damaged ceilings, we were in room 300 and the carpet looked as if it needed a good clean or replacement. All in all though we had a lovely couple of nights at thus hotel and it is very central for nice walks to the marina and parks.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were fantastic. Im only giving it 4 stars because of one issue. The toilet was right against the wall in the bathroom you had to sit on it sideways. Everything else was wonderful.

Amazing location and very comfortable beds the queen felt a bit more like a double but again very comfortable. Older building but good use of space older furniture but I don't care about stuff like that it's all about the bed and location

The Rodd is a historic hotel. The rooms have been beautifully upgraded and decorated. Some parts of the hotel are still undergoing some renovations. The service was fantastic.

Lovely property, restaurant was reasonably priced, good food and selection

Staff were great to deal with. Meals in dining room were excellent. It is a heritage railway hotel. Hallway noise more than usual but not a big problem.
