I left a night early because I didn't feel safe in the area.

It was amazing

We stay here at least once per month as we travel to Lake Lure (where we’re building a vacation home). The staff is always friendly, the rooms clean, the atmosphere safe and peaceful, and the food nice & warm. We highly recommend it.

Great place to stay. Attentive staff, very clean, very comfy beds. No complaints whatsoever!!

Overall good stay. Rooms were clean. The walls are thin though. We heard everything in the halls and other rooms televisions/music. When flushing our toilet, every other time, the pipes would scream. Not fun when someone went to the bathroom at 5 am!

No shampoo in the shower. Body wash and two conditioners. I’m guessing one was shampoo, but should be labeled appropriately.

I wasn't sure what to expect but this was good for the area. Restaurants nearby, Sonic in the next parking lot even. It was a little pricey but everything else was motel. If I ever come back, I'll stay here again

I loved the atmosphere and especially the breakfast with a to-go baggie to take to work.

Hotels.com doesnt have it posted thst this hotel wont rent to locals. So when i went to check in to slend my daughter's birthday with her i was turned away and am currently waitibg to get my refund

The room was nice. The breakfast was complete, eggs bacon sausage, good coffee, plenty of dining space. Internet access was speedy. Comfy beds. Hot shower. What more can you ask for?

Great bed and pillows, nice layout. Good breakfast. Staff is not pleasant. Door would not open fully. Smoke smell from other room.

I loved the property's cleanliness, my room, and the breakfast.

Had a medical emergency while at hotel. Left for hospital returned to find some of my husbands belongs had been taken. Hotel staff acted strange when asked where the items were and wouldn’t acknowledge the missing items. The items were random too including 1 shoe, a 45 lb weight and a cane.

Desk clerk Anna was friendly

Very clean and modern room with 2 comfy queen beds. The set up of the room was great and had the amenities we needed; such as mini frig, microwave, and keurig coffee pot with a variety of coffee and teas. Clean bathroom with large tub and shower combo with Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and liquid hand soap.

The staff was informative. Checkin was easy. Room was nice. But the noise from above our room was terrible. We were informed of this when we checked in, and attendant tried to move us to third floor, but nothing was available. Over all nice stay.

I stay 2 days but they never clean up my room

We arrived late Friday and the night desk person was awesome helping us get checked in. Everyone we encountered that weekend was polite and very helpful. We will stay there again if we cone back through there.

Key card continued not to work. Parking was not great too many large work trucks and trailers.
