Unable to sleep due to a high belt squeak sound coming from the a/c unit , have to turn the unit off , marks all over the couch, wall etc … door lock faulty, take long time to opening and closing, over night we can hear other door with the same problem , hotel staff seems to don’t care about your stay , this hotel MUST renovate!! Very unpleasant experience with this hotel !! Honesty not recommended to no one!!

This property needs an overhaul as it does not meet typical Marriott hotel standards. It is worn out and dirty. Carpet needs to be thoroughly steam cleaned or removed completely. Lobby area was strangely dark...even during breakfast hours. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The firm alarm went off in the middle of the night. Told it was a false alarm and the fire company was on its way. It took nearly 30 minutes for the fire company to arrive and turn off the alarm. The alarm went off a second time and was eventually shut off. The lack of importance and responsiveness of the hotel and the fire department was concerning. No apology - just a how did you enjoy your stay. Seriously!!!!

Just had a bad experience got there checked in got to the room the key turned the light green on the door but the door would not open. Was moved to another room and the room had a smell and the shower was for a disabled person. The room I received was not what I paid for. Checked out. Will dispute the charges

The property needs to be renovated. The carpets were dirty the furniture was dirty the first room we were given had mold. The second room was better but not by much. The staff was lovely and they are doing the best they can. The property needs a complete overhaul.

The property was decent and I had relatively small issues. The bed was so soft you would sink into it, as if the entire mattress was memory foam. Our rooms tub would not drain well, so during a shower you end up with a pool around your ankles. The shower head spun the entire piping behind it when trying to adjust. I am a waffle lover and specifically chose this hotel because I could see waffle makers on the counter in the property photos. The gentleman over breakfast told me that they are available only during the week, as he doesn’t have time to set them up as he is alone on weekends.

Window in room was broken and wouldn't shut, refrigerator was broken and not working, room wasn't vacuumed... had dead bugs and trash on floor, only one elevator worked and the walls and carpet in elevator were filthy, there was no meat for breakfast buffet two days in a row and the same thing happened in a previous stay at this location. The worst was how rude and unwilling the front desk was when I complained. I asked to speak with management also and was referred to Stephanie who said she was the General Manager. She apologized and offered to waive one of the three nights I paid for, however its been 10 days and no credit has been given. This was very frustrating because if you can't trust the General Manager, who can you trust? I will never stay here again and will make sure to pass the word to stay away from this hotel.

The housekeeping staff was amazing ! The maintenance staff was amazing ! The rooms are dated! The carpet and pullout couch were gross with lots of stains /rips ! The hallways smelled like poop and it was always extremely hot ! Only one elevator worked. It’s a fantastic location for outdoor dining and shopping but it was depressing having to return to that hotel. The lounge was dim , hot and uninviting as well. And there were dead roaches on the floor. !!!!!!!

BLOOD ON THE MATTRESS! This hotel is a biohazard!!! We got in so late I didn’t do my typical room checks. When my mother woke up in the morning the mattress pad had come off the corner of the bed and my mom realized her face was directly on the mattress ON A BLOODY HANDPRINT! Dried blood, clear as day! It was so completely unsanitary! A complete biohazard! When I went down to customer service to complain she just looked at me with complete disinterest. No apology, no offer for anything! I told her I needed to get a refund or recompensated for the allowing guests to sleep in bloody beds. And she took my Marriot Bonvoy number claiming to be giving me points? Nothing, no points days later. No apologies.. this place is sickening!!! Do not stay here, and whatever you do, do not stay in room 259.

The hotel was so noisy. It wasn't noisy because of people. 1. The ice machine made a lotbof noise, 2. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a truck all night long, 3. The elevator, which inly ine was working was hot with not ventilation and not air flow.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Hotel. It was filthy, elevator not working, trash cans overflowing, dirty mop water in the lobby, no air conditioning in the common areas. Staff was incredibly rude and I will never stay in a Marriot hotel again. I will also post on social media so others will know not to stay in that disgusting hotel.
