Worst Hotel Ever At Every Level!

Renavations are being done. Spacious room.good bed.

There was no hot water. It was luke warm at best. We spent an entire day doing manual labor and expected to enjoy wonderfully warm water. We were VERY disappointed! Also, our room had an adjoining door. The neighbor next door was loud and unruly and tried to come through the door. Would not return, mostly because of the water temperature.

Our view was of a blocked off parking lot with semi trailer storage containers. Our room was partially. One wall was obviously not painted but in mid process of being painted. The bathroom toilet tissue holder pulled out of the wall, wasn’t attached. The microwave was dirty. The water never got hot only barely warm. The breakfast service was fine and the food was fine as well.

Great coffee! Wonderful breakfast! So quiet and beautiful. Helpful staff. Lovely area.

Over nighter… bed ok, AC noisy, didn’t sleep well

The staff was really nice, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great. I just wish that the walls weren't quite so thin. We could hear everything, all night long. People were talking, coughing, walking around, and babies crying...all as if they were in the room with us. Very frustrating.

Large well designed rooms were clean and comfortable. The entire hotel was pleasant and the staff were helpful and welcoming. We had a decent breakfast in the spacious breakfast room. This hotel was a great value and a great place to stay.

Overall the hotel was okay and while it looked good, it was lacking attention in several areas which would have made the experience better. Appeared to be short on staff, cleanliness needs were noted in several areas and small items such as door security and room paint were missing / lacking. The common areas were okay, the breakfast was fine and the beds comfortable - if they put more attention to the remaining items, the visit would have been better.

Bathroom is dirty. Other people's hair everywhere...gross. The room is unfinished from a partial remodel or something? The walls are super thin and it sounded like there were 8 people crammed in the room next door and they were noisy starting at 6:30 AM until late at night. The access and egress to this property is awful. The city needs a stop light or another entry point for vehicles. Impossible to make a left turn out of the street there.

The room was filthy! The bedspread was dirty. I woke with bites and itching on one side of my back, although I couldn't see any bedbugs. It appeared as if housekeeping just changed towels. No vacuuming/mopping, toilet underlid was dirty. Coffee pack was open. I have stayed here before and it was okay. I don't know what happened this time. But with the price they were charging, shame on them!

It was a good experience. Not 5 stars though. It was good for our needs though.

Overall for the price it was good. I’d stay here again for the cost. The toilet wouldn’t flush well. The morning breakfast staff was super friendly one day and the next seemed put out for people coming to eat at 9 when it closed at 9:30.

The property is under construction. The walls has spackle on them. There was no way to turn on the bathroom light. The toilet was two inches from the ground,
