It was so hot there’s no outlet and the cleaning lady knocked 3times to ask what time we taking off the beds where so hard and the sheets were dirty the room was very dirty and I went for breakfast at 10am and there’s was no more very bad experience

Easy check in, parking area was easy to enter and exit. Great location. Breakfast was continental. They had lots of options, I saw the "abuelita" was cooking breakfast and we all said it was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Milly at front desk was always very professional, attentive and caring. I really believe sge is the reazon why this hotel is highly rated. Thank you Milly for all what you do.

The service was excellent, the manager was able to resolve an issue that was out of her control at the moment giving priority to customer service, so I was grateful for that.

Staff was great but room was smelly and floor was dirty. The beds were really hard. We couldnt sleep because of how hard they were it hurt our backs
