Clean, friendly staff and nice area

The pancake machine was broken and there was a couple who had a dog in the lobby while we were eating. Staff wouldn't make more food because they said it wouldn't be done by the time breakfast was over.

Wonderful front desk staff. Loved the pool and hot tub. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds!

Great hotel. Super convenient to shopping, restaurants, and other Sentry. Nice breakfast. Bring your own pillows. Theirs are super flat. Bring a blanket to hang between the living room and bedroom to block out the light from teenagers staying up late.

When we checked in the friendly and pleasant lady was so helpful and nice. She gave us the option of first and second floor rooms. That really impressed me. Having issues with my ankle I truly appreciate this option.

It's a typical HIE hotel chain in an area with some quick fast food around. I only stayed 2 nights, and the staff was friendly. The room was as expected, and very clean and tidy.

This Place was very clean and the food at breakfast was great. The assitant manager who worked at this facilty was great. We wood stay again.

Clean and quiet! The sound proof rooms really are wonderful!

Weather conditions, melting snow-wet-fog-ice, salt causes foot traffic to drag in a mess. You will need to do carpet cleaning in rooms as well as hallways. We used our wet hot tub towels to clean tile in our room to help minimize soiling room carpet, but carpet needs attention. Room furnishings are showing wear. Friendly Staff, breakfast was tasty, lobby welcoming which we made use of - meeting family & watching bowl game. Enjoyed the hot Tub! Like the location. Happy with room/value with our stay.

I had five of my staff stay at this hotel for a work visit and everything was wonderful.
