Clean, courteous staff! Will return!

What I didn’t like was I had to pay to park although I was just a guest and no complimentary breakfast.

Everyone and everything was wont

Great easy hotel

I was unaware that I needed to pay for breakfast until I showed up and was informed that I needed to pay. Other than that my stay was good.

There was a large cockroach in the room that I had to kill. I mentioned it to the front desk staff, and they were very nonchalant about it. Not what I expected.

I would never stay there again or recommend. Especially since theres so many other hotels near by. The tub/shower combo dont work. It dont drain so the water is just going higrler. The toilet gets back up as well. GMy friend was at the Marriott down the block which was much better

From the time we walked in and throughout our two night stay, the service and cleanliness were excellent.

Obviously it’s not the Ritz, but It had everything we needed in a hotel near the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Majority of the staff were amazing, especially Charlie! I greatly appreciated the shuttle service, water bottles, and delicious cookies! The location and cleanliness of the facility was great. We were here for a conference at the coliseum which was an easy 10 minute walk. Walmart, restaurants, and shopping are very close. The things I didn’t like was walking into the room to see a bug crawling on the floor (they offered to spray the room), the road noise is ridiculous (I had to purchase earplugs to be able to get any sleep), the Keurig worked for one day (I just went down to the lobby to get coffee), and the food was over priced. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise (my sleep is very important) but, if that wasn’t an issue, I’d recommend it—especially for a short stay.

When we first went to use the sink, the faucet handle fell off. The coffee maker didn’t work and the safe didn’t work. They managed to fix the safe and sink after I complained, but the coffee maker took 2 tries before fixed. On our last full day nobody cleaned our room despite us being gone all day which gave them plenty of time.

I had a great stay at the DoubleTree. The staff was very professional, and the property was clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the convenience of the parking—most hotels charge ridiculous amounts, but that wasn’t the case here.

Clean hotel. Excellent if you are attending a show at the North Charleston Coliseum. The shuttle made it very convenient for us.

Uncomfortable bed, very dated bathroom, weak shower, poor upkeep, understaffed restaurant and bar area leading to long waits

Proximity to the North Charleston Coliseum was perfect.
