Staff was excellent -- Especially Olivia

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. However, I was disappointed with house keeping.

Really close to Thanksgiving point

We found the staff VERY helpful. When I asked for help with the TV remote, the woman 'dropped everything' and went to get a new remote for me and it worked great. The gentleman at the desk was very gracious when I told him that the coffee table was out of half & half creamer. He, too, 'dropped everything' and ran off to get it. And more stuff like that. We've been before, and will come again.

There was no warning that the hotel was under construction. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator didn’t work.. very inconvenient and a hassle

The under construction of this property is unacceptable. If I would’ve known it smelled like this because of new construction and having to deal with plastic on the carpet and walking 4 flights of stairs because of a down elevator, I wouldn’t have booked here

Nice location, but the facility was being renovated while we were there. I would have booked something else if I had known. Lots of workers in and out and building noise in the public areas

It is close to a museum and places to eat.

Convenient area. Overall great hotel. Only downfall was the barking dog in the room next to us.

Great stay! We went up for my son's Birthday and took him to Thanksgiving point, the hotel shares a parking lot with it and the kids loved the pool!

The staff at check-in were very friendly even though we were checking in really late at night. Clean facilities.

Great place to stay all in all. Only complaint there was a little bit of freeway noise

Bummed the hot tub was closed for cleaning but besides that, we had the most amazing experience here. Delicious continental breakfast with lots of options, beautiful and spacious room, fantastic staff, and prompt service when requested. Would definitely stay again!

They need more staffs during the breakfast hours to help setting up breakfast. Only one staff was working, and I could tell she could use a help. Also, no towel in the pool area and only three bath towels in my room when I had 4 people. I booked a non-accessible room, but they gave someone the room and I got an accessible room somehow. I was disappointed.
