Great accommodation the room was spotless and very friendly service from front office and housekeeper

Enjoyed our stay here, just a couple of issues: one of the drawers in the dresser would not close and the bathroom in the pool/hot tub area was a little rusty. Otherwise, area is very safe, convenient location to go to various parts of Minneapolis, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beds like a stack of bricks but everything else was good. Didnt like the fact they didnt have a storm shelter specifically and told us basically to go stand in the ball room

Check in was fast! There were two wedding receptions being held there so I was concerned for noise but I never heard a peep on the 5th floor. Bath products were amazing also. Would stay again!

My room was very clean and the staff was friendly. 2 restaurants and bar on site were convenient. Centrally located for easy access on and off highways, shopping close by and onsite free parking.

This hotel was nice. It was in a convenient location and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice and the bathroom was spacious enough for me and my husband. I also liked that the air condition was quiet unlike a lot of hotels we have stayed at. Our floor was mostly quiet. There was only one negative thing during our stay. On our last night there we were awakened in the middle of the night by people yelling and playing their music very loudly. My husband called the front desk and someone came up to quiet the people making the noise. But they were still loud and I had to call the front desk. Someone came up again and finally shut the party down for good. I’m glad they were able to make the noise go away. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
