Wonderful hotel and staff. Great location

Good location and clean

One of the hotels I’ve enjoyed the most. We loved the amenities. The staff is wonderful. Definitely worth what we paid for. We really hope to stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, the superior room with seating area, table and chairs, luxury shower room, big king size bed was exceptional. The restaurant menu was excellent and food quality great value. The breakfast buffet was superb, eggs cooked to order, cold meats and cheeses, breads, fresh juices, fruit and a selection of baked cakes. Coffee on tap just fill up as much as you want. Dinning area was again luxurious designed. Staff were helpful. The location just perfect for walking around Punta Arena and exploring restaurants. Value for money hotel with luxury.

Fantastic Hotel

Best hotel in the area. Staff is friendly and sweet. Hotel food was top notch and the area is safe. Just note that when us summer in the US is winter there.

When we arrived, the hotel garage was full so we could not park in it. They said we could park on the street. The next day I received a ticket to pay for parking on the street. At that time, I could have moved it into the garage but I did not because I thought I could park on the street. The hotel never told me that it would cost me to park on the street. When I asked about parking, it would have been nice if they told me all of the details since I could have parked free with them.

Muy lindo hotel, bien ubicado. Habitacion comoda, desayuno completo. Area super tranquila.

Excellent location and good service.

Our room in tower 2 was spacious and well-designed. Hotel seemed very new and fresh. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Convenient to attractions downtown and close to many good restaurants.

No parking available, lot full. Tiny room. Shower didn’t work. Caters to transient tourists.
