Check your bill carefully. Two items were on it that were not ours - the hotel did not check the names on the bill vs the room number. Poor!!

Excellent sea view

This is a superb hotel, with perfect location on St Brelade's Bay beachfront. Food is excellent, whatever restaurant you choose. Staff are so helpful. Excellent service. A Seaview room is a must! Very clean, with bright modern decor. Bus stops are just outside the hotel therefore perfect for travel into St Helier and surrounding areas. There's an indoor pool and gym, next to the spa. The sea is a short distance if you prefer an outdoor swim! Always look forward to returning to L'Horizon and would highly recommend.

A lovely beach property in Jersey. Not near the main shops but a few restaurants near by. The beach is beautiful, staff very friendly and breakfast was delicious!

Room was ready when we arrived. Check in process was easy. Staff were very helpful and attentive. They were able to help with any questions we asked. Breakfast was very good, large choice of dishes and and special requests were catered for. We didn't book a room with a beach view but were able to see this during breakfast and dinner in the terrace restaurant. Overall we were very happy with out stay.

Lovely location. Hotel food was excellent. Majority of staff very helpful. Room was clean and adequately equipped. Overflow car park. Room maintenance poor - air conditioning units need servicing, window & patio door furnishings need replacing, balcony paving need relaying, bathroom hot water tap loose, curtain tracks broken and wardrobe lights not functioning.

Expedia charged for beach view room but we got a back of hotel room where staff shifting cages of laundry at 7am every morning. Hotel was nice enough, but you clearly pay for stunning views.

Liked everything, staff, cleanliness, breakfast fab, the most amazing view, it was truly a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Very well maintained hotel, met at the foyer for our bags, and helped with bags to the room, after an easy check in. Large room, with a separate bathroom, and all very clean. Exceptional beach viewing location, central to the bay. Staff all very helpful in all areas of the hotel. Clean indoor pool and Spa, with gym. Changing rooms clean and tidy. Dining was taken with the beach view, in a very smart dining room, or glazed terrace. Breakfast was very good, with a great wide ranging choice, of traditional or continental. We could not fault the hotel at all. We shall return !

No complaints at all. Great hotel, food, amenities and staff

The views are excellent and our room an executive double was good but very tired and in need of decoration.. Majority of staff were helpful but service was generally slow. Drinks at the bar were very expensive and bar staff less than helpful. Breakfast was adequate but service although polite and engaging was very slow. The fridge in the room was regularly stocked with water and fresh milk which was lovely in our morning tea.

Staff really friendly, breakfast lots of choice and great quality. We had turn down service which we weren’t expecting but was amazing. Balcony and fridge icing on the cake. View of the sea and the bay stunning from the balcony. Lovely to have breakfast looking out onto the beach one day too 😍

Amazing view of the beach, and with a short walk out of the hotel, you can enjoy a nice walk in the sand or swim in the sea. The hotel and beach are very clean.

Amazing beach view. Lovely to watch the tide come in from our balcony. Staff were brilliant, so attentive and helpful. Nice room; clean, tidy and we loved the turn down service with the little chocolate jersey cows.

Lovely hotel right on the beach and on bus route. Indoor pool a little small but we prefer the beach and walks in the area.
