The Bel-Air unique hotel has very comfortable rooms. Nicely updated. A lot of the controls in the room are controlled through a touch screen. The location is great if you are visiting the world trade center or anywhere in central Mexico city. There are lots of options for restaurants and entertainment around the hotel, even within the hotel. It's a great place for a little getaway to Mexico city.

My stater was OK now what I expected

The hotel overbooked and lost my reservation. We spent 3 hours waiting for them to fix it. They put us in a dirty room and no working air-conditioning. Overall terrible experience

My room was great. The entire hotel was unique restaurants within walking distance. We booked total of 6 rooms and some of our family had issues with AC not cooling and despite multiple complaints no resolution. Price is fair overall good.

Second time, short stay. We love the place.

The front desk was overcrowded, the staff provided poor customer service. The carpet in the room was very dusty and the cleanliness poor. The tablet or the app to open/close the electric curtains or AC didn't work and had to be controlled by the front desk. The curtain opened by itself at 4:00 AM. This is convenient for people attending events at the World Trade Centre only

All good…keys didn’t always work

Room climate control was unresponsive. No coffeemaker in room but cups and coffee were there. Front desk staffmember told my wife "rooms don't come with coffeemaker." Great breakfast buffet, though.

Please make sure you will get good room as you expecting. We had a bad experience with AIR condition and they didn’t fix that for 3 days and not even changes the room. But, I didn’t have a time to change the hotel due to other priorities.

No airport shuttle contrary to what Expedia promised. Otherwise lovely grand old hotel, amazing breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order.
