Very kind people, very clean

Expedia gotta do better with being honest about the pricing. Telling us the price changed by close to $20 increase after we agreed and click pay if unacceptable.

Didn't know until check in that Hotel is cashless! Also an incidental charge on card of $50 at checkin. Room and Hotel is older condition than originally thought. Shower was just bazaar.

Very clean and nice hotel!

Front desk was very helpful and switched our room when there was a bit of a cleanliness issue. Very soft beds and low water pressure in the shower. Very quiet and safe area.

Just didn’t like the fact that you had to pay a separate fee for breakfast

Not sure where to start... only one elevator works, carpet ripped and dirty, air conditioning super noisy, bath tub drain does not work, breakfast options are very limited, etc...

Warning they will charge your card morning of. And if they cant reach you they will cancel your reservations. They Overbooked their hotel Breakfast is extra! Kids Event trip price was trippled because of the event. Hotel is not quality enough to be that price. Hallway carpets were duct taped. Only 1 elevator worked. Stairs only lead to outside. Rooms were clean. But missing towels and they didnt have enough extra towels and blankets because hotel was full

They didn’t tell me about there breakfast, not a cart at 3:00 to take my luggage to my room. No bar on the weekends, otherwise not a bad stay. Thanks

Overall not an enjoyable stay. 1. Of the two elevators they have onsite, only one was functional. 2. Japanese beetle infestation coming through wall 3. Pool out of service (No mention although we booked months in advance) 4. Everytime heat kicked on it had an old smell like it needed a new filter. 5. Towel rack is inside shower, what a dumb idea. You will need to remove all the towels and place on counter or they all get wet from water splashing. 6. Vending machine empty 7. Room phone does not connect to anything. Useless. 8. Burnt out lightbulb in nightstand.

The hotel location is very convenient to the I-94 and all shopping centers. However, we were very disappointed with the hotel. The pool was out of order, one of the elevator's were out of order, the carpet in the hallways were taped together and there was water damage on the ceiling of our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, but we did not get a discount on our room for the pool being out of order. Which was very disappointing since our two children were excited about swimming after dealing with a long cold winter in Michigan. We will defiantly be staying somewhere else next time we visit Battle Creek.
