We stayed in a jetted tub suite. Booked 2 nights, after the first night and full day my wife had developed a cough but I was fine, before bed I sat down and looked up and the ceiling was coated in black mold from the jet tub in the room above us! I was fine because I sleep with a cpap so my air goes through filters at night we are guessing. I showed the front desk pictures and they were shocked and gave us a new room but nothing more. After being out of the room for 24 hours my wife is fine now. I would have expected and apology, a discount, a refund, anything. How did it go unnoticed long enough for the ceiling to be fuzzy?
