No hotel issue… but Experian would not give any credit, allowance, or a refund when we had to cancel stay for weather related weather flight change. Have to think very hard about using Experian in the future

This was an overnight stay passing through Houston. Great location for restaurants. Very clean.

The room smelled like old gym socks. We could get a hot shower, the water was luke warm. Breakfast was awful. Very disappointing
