great service just wish was cleaner

Stayed for a few nights for a tournament. Bed and pillows were very nice. Very low water pressure so that was the only issue considering how hot it was outside. Room did get cold when we had it set on 60

Check-in was easy, but the room was disgusting. There is no way the room had been cleaned before we checked it. The shower curtain had stains on it, there was pee all on the floor around the toilet. There were only 2 towels for a double bed plus pull out couch rooms when we asked for sheets for the pullout they couldn’t find any, but found 2 tops sheets. Also told us they’d bring us towels when they dried, we never got the towels. The soap & shampoo bottles were also empty. The mirrors were filthy with smudges, and there was old food left on top of the side tables and night stands. Staff were friendly but not willing to help or make our stay more comfortable. Never again will I stay at this location. So disappointing for a Holiday Inn Express!

The stay was good. Breakfast was decent. My room had several wear and tear spots (walls water damaged, missing tile in bathroom, etc.

When I tried to eat breakfast there was no food out. I inquired to a lady working in the dining area if more food was being prepared it’s 830am. Her response I don’t know I don’t work in the kitchen. I ask about coffee her response, one machine is broke and I don’t have filters for the other. Nothing was on the breakfast buffet but 3 or 4 people were there working it. Also the room was not properly cleaned . It appeared to either be spillage or vomit.

good place to stay

The staff was so friendly and nice! However we did not realize a large gathering would take place during our stay. There was a loud party in the rear parking lot that was still going on at 10:30 pm. The staff was gracious enough to allow us to change rooms, but the members of the large group were loud through out the property until at least 1:30 am. Not the fault of the staff, but perhaps some quiet hours could be established if another large group books this location.

It was ok. The carpet was very dirty and smelled bad. Other than that it was ok.

The stay was great.

We stayed two nights. First morning, desk manager was also responsible for breakfast and couldn't do both. Second morning, they had run out of breakfast by 8:30 a.m.

My family and I stayed here for 1 night. Check-in/check out was convenient. The room was clean. The shower head pressure could’ve been better, it was light. The breakfast was very disappointing. There were very limited selections and the food wasn’t warm. The only thing I enjoyed was the yogurt. Due to our breakfast experience, I don’t know if we would stay her again.

Hotel is clean. Reserved and paid for a accessible room with a roll in shower. When we arrived at 11pm hotel stay said there were no accessible rooms available. The room was non refundable. This is fraud.

The staff we all very accommodating and polite! Room and hotel clean! No odors noted and the food was good. Highly recommend a stay here if you need to get to and from the air base or nearby.
