Think hotel cleaning, comfort to sleep , dining area and foods are good for morning start. We enjoyed staying Holidays Express

Room was good but the service was less energetic than slugs. Had to have our key cards reprogrammed every time we left the room. The complaintary cookies in the lobby were non-existent except the one time we saw a single cookie with a big bite out of it. There was one of the staff that told my wife, "don't get in the hot tub, it's not supposed to look like that", after seeing him working on the pump room equipment and announcing to everyone in the pool, "I don't know what I'm doing!"

The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was good. So many things i had an issue with. Hot tub broken and was never notified, ants in the window sill where we tried to sit to eat breakfast the only workong exterior door that worked was the main entrance. Had to get my keys replaced due to issues when activated. Upstairs neighbors were a huge issue. Loud and literally shook my whole room. Not very impressed for the price i paid. My total through expedia.com said just over $300 for the stay and i eneded up paying close to $400. Not happy.

Rubber threshold was kicked off going into room. The shower head control on the spigot was hard to pull up. Thought I was going to pull plumbing out of the wall. Pool water was cloudy not sure if it should have been. Kids swam once and didn’t feel it was clean. Television did not work called front desk and they suggested unplugging something in the back. Still did not work but no one checked to see if we had it working.

Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast options.

Coffe maker didn’t work. We ended up having a child locked in the bathroom because the door was broken.

It was great

Even though it's new it was built to look like 1991. And in general the facilities are already having issues at this early stage. You actually have to fill out a form to get your room cleaned turning your stay pay attention to that notice. I didn't and I regretted it.

Hotel was supposed to have a hot tub, which we called and confirmed, then the day of our stay, it was down for maintenance…total bummer, relaxing after a competition would have been nice, and one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Other than that it was a good stay, and a great location

Roo. And service was ok but was very pissed that after they took our payment they then informed us that no hot tub or pool ..and that's big part of why I chose this place

Suite doesn't have microwave. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast had lots of selections but was not good. Disappointed...expected nicer for Holiday Inn Suites. Never even had a suite w/o full kitchen facilities.

Holiday Inn express excellent choice for the area of Omaha. Good service excellent commodities excellent room highly recommend.
