This is one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in in years. Clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely book and stay here again!

1.Service - very good and accommodating especially Robert from the front desk when we have to cancel our 2nd night for an emergency. 2.Food - quality food but I thought they will serve the turkey sausage based on their picture but they didn't However, they have pork sausage and egss but we don't eat pork. 3.Room was so clean and spacious 4.They have a warm pool but we didn't use it as we only stayed for a night.

Staff very helpful and kind. great breakfast options, water in the lobby and clean. pool was great, hot tub jets not functioning, but all in all, not bad

This hotel was convenient to the turnpike and had a gas station adjacent. It was a good place to stop for a night.

Great hotel. Very clean. Lovely stay. Hopefully someone or a service helps the long haired cat outside before it’s -10.

🌼 I LOVED doing my e-commerce business here . Perhaps especially due to the Wi-Fi and numerous USB outlets (both A & C) . The pool and jacuzzi were nice amenities also , all the amenities at that ! And oh yeah the customer service ! 🌼 CONSIDERING THE WI-FI ; It’s not just your average free Wi-Fi . It’s real deal Wi-Fi … well at least good enough to play the radio online while operating an eBay shop (shopbloombloom) . :) 🌼 AND then the pool and jacuzzi tub ! I’m so sad that I have to go . But hey ! It was one heck of a show ! With a beautiful view of the snow . If only one could see how fast them truck could go ! In safe conditions that would be one heck of a show ! 😁 🌼 AND OH ! The customer service is not to be overshadowed ! Big bloomin’ shouts out to Robert , Jannette , Sam , Ms. D , Sandy , and all the rest ! What a pleasure to be served . To see them do their best . 😁 🌼 AND OMG that exclusive Papa John’s discount ! It was so good of a deal I ate pizza over and over again for the sake of my budget lol . 🌼 AND WOW ! The ability to send and receive packages ……… 🌼 CLEARLY , I can go on and on …. An indicator that validates my 5 stars . So what are ya waiting for , come for a visit whether you’re near or far . 🌼 (AND NO , this was not affiliate marketing … but from the heart) . 🤗💓

Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Room was noisy .... lots of kids there for a sporting event. Outside area (parking) was a mess ....

Everything was fine except for a hook sticking out from the side of the bed that took a layer of skin off of my shin. I spoke to the receptionist but she was unable to figure out how to help me aside from offering my family some snacks. She told me someone would call about adding points to my account or comping the room, but I have yet to receive any communication from the hotel.

We had to trade our room.key several times. We stayed as a team and several other people had the same issue

This was a nice hotel for the money. Very clean. Staff was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator

Coming home from Christmas, the nicest hotel around by far, great service, comfortable bed, just make sure you find the right window shade to close, no curtains on our window, we had parking lot lights shining in the room all night, because we pulled the wrong shade down…. Oh well, very good breakfast!!

The room was very clean. However when showering the water was not draining so we were standing in water when showering. Also, the heater was very noises si we didn’t sleep good.

I was stayed in room #307 on November 30th only thing is water force in bathroom shower is ok not good enough if it’s little more force would be better

It’s a bit noisy with the Ohio Turnpike but it is convenient to where we were going to Brecksville for a family funeral.
