The entrance to the property is in poor, rough condition. And when coming to the hotel, the turn across the freeway is not protected and dangerous. Imo

Really enjoyed the front desk person!

From beginning to end, excellent experience. Rooms very clean, comfortable bed, quiet. Person who checked us in was very nice and we thought it was the best breakfast we've had in several of our latest hotels.

Solid holiday inn, needs a little TLC to the fabrics, but clean and comfortable on a main road on the outskirts of town

Our blind would not work up or down, it was halfway down and we over looked the parking lot visible to everyone and the lights in the parking lot. We let them know right away because we were going to a graduation and wouldn’t be back until late. Never fixed. Breakfast was edible. Great apple juice.

The hotels.com app took us to Arby’s instead of the hotel Apple & google maps both. Not really the hotel’s fault, Once in our room there were a few quirks. The blackout shades didn’t go all the way down so not a great facing east. The road noise begins at 5am. Loud deals starting up as well as just highway noise. In the bathroom, the shower was just about impossible to turn on the shower head was about to fall out of the wall and the only outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Finally, each day with an hour to 1/2 an hour left for breakfast, they never refilled anything. I think the last person should get just as good of service as the first person.

It was fine. Rooms just need a little updating; it wasn't in quite as good of shape as most Holiday Inns are. Breakfast was decent. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Spacious room, modern desk lighting, k-cup coffee machine, refrigerator, TV with NetFlix, powerful shower, hot showers, good working A/C, close to downtown, complimentary breakfast. Loved the hot cinnamon buns and bacons. Wished there was bacons on Saturday morning. Wished more bacons were brought out on Sunday before I had to leave. DO NOT LIKE: TREADMILL WAS NOT WIRKING, had an error code. Front desk did not know how to fix it. I pointed it out Saturday morning to the front desk personnel at around 5:30 am. It’s disappointing he did not get somebody to fix the error code during Saturday; I could not use it the next morning, Sunday. Also, the coffee at breakfast was horrible.

Our towels when we arrived were so dirty, and we found a huge cockroach in the bathroom

Nice place to stay for the price

The heater/AC was not working at all. Luckily the weather was good so I was able to get by.

Had to call front desk to turn water on and off in the shower. They need to clean carpet in rooms. Shower was very slippery.

I had stayed the night before and the room was great! Decided to stay another night last minute. The property was clean but noticed ants randomly, but the next morning they were everywhere. I told the clerk, but he looked at me like I was an alien. I finally said don't you work here? He still looked like I was just telling him something unreal or that I was about to bite his head off! I finally had to tell him that I was letting him know so they could spray the room. I had no intention of being ugly, but just thought I was being informative. yes, I will stay again, yes, the room was otherwise clean. He does need to work on his people skills though. I gave 4 stars on most everything just because of the ants.

The hallways were dirty and needed vacuumed badly. When we checked into our room there was dust and dirt on the bathroom counter and other surfaces in the room. When I wiped the bathroom counter with a rag, it turned brown from all the dirt I wiped up. Also the rooms are well used. We have previously stayed in another hotel in Decatur where we had a much better experience. Next time we are in Decatur, we will not choose the Holiday Inn.

Stay was great clean, easy check in. Only complaint was TV didn’t work.

Our room was great except the bathroom floor could have used another mopping. All staff were very friendly. Lots of choices for breakfast. Only one negative for us. The hotel is on a heavy truck route so it was pretty noisy.

The facility was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast good. I would stay here again.

Absolutely disgusting. The floor was dirty, garbage and socks underneath the bed! Half the outlets didn’t work. Do not take your family here.
