Was great. Loved the room. But Food not included in the dining area. You have to add it to receive a ticket or voucher coupon. I think check out said $2 per person more (could be a bit more) but check before you finish reservation. Don't forget to add if you want to eat. Otherwise you pay more on site like a regular restaurante.

Very dated, not properly maintained, moisture stains all over, no elevator, very disappointing.

The service and staff were excellent. Very helpful and very freindly. I stayed for 9 nights as working close by - but the Hotel could not do enough for me. Made the Trip very easy and pleasant

I asked to be moved to another room due to the one I was at it had a very very humidity smell. I know it was closed due to the pandemic of the coronavirus only through online or Expedia but they could've had some lights on it looked so dark and kinda creepy to be honest. The staff were awesome just the hotel itself needs some remodeling in my own opinion.

My stay at the Holiday in in Tampico was beyond all preconceived expectations that I had before I arrived. The driver Jose spoke excellent English as did much of the staff. I was able to get a ride on the shuttle from the airport in a brand new van which excellent air conditioning. My check in was flawless with again excellent English speaking staff. My room was so clean, much cleaner than most hotels I stay at in the USA. The bartender Angel was entertaining, told me I looked like I needed a beer (how could he tell after 19 hours from when I woke up in New Jersey and this was three flights later) offered me a delicious, crisp and ice cold Victoria. I was too tired to eat and ordered just guacamole and chips. Man let me tell you it was the best I’ve ever had. The hotel provided the shuttle to my customers visit, I had to go to two gates to watch a safety video and he picked me up 2 hours later. Then took me to the airport. Totally gratis. I highly recommend this hotel and if you go tell them I said hello!

Lack of restraunts near by.

Staff seemed overwhelmed when the bar / restaurant got really busy. The bar seemed to run out of certain items in the drink menu rather quickly.
