Clean room staff was great

The staff was great and the Christmas decor beautiful!

Great clean hotel with everything you need.

The stay was great but I think for the money you spend they need to spruce it up a bit which I think they are doing. Our first room the hair dryer didn’t work (they gave us one that did work) the faucet in the bathroom was leaking and they had to get a part. They offered us the room next door which we took. I booked the room through hotels.com with insurance but still lost 2 nights, we arrived 1 day later than planned and left 1 day earlier due to weather no money back. We loved it here! Rooms were clean, restaurant was decorated beautifully for the holiday, and the pools were nice. Will def be back!

Hotel is run down, hallways with broken Sheetrock. Bathroom is dated and the facets didn’t work & the sinks didn’t drain.

Great staff, great restaurant, coffee is actually good. Awesome room service.

Very pleasant staff throughout the hotel. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The room didn’t have a microwave but they brought us a complimentary one to use for our entire stay. If there are functions going on in the hotel, it can be tough to find parking which was the only negative. I’d stay again.

Always more expensive than the regular holiday inns, but it’s the only hotel in town so they can get it

Everything fine, but I booked on Expedia and the reservation was screwed up when I arrived at the property. I booked 2 separate rooms for 2 adults and it ended up as just being booked for 1 room.
