Hotel was clean and safe. Loved our stay.

Overall it's good

Hotel staff was super friendly and willing to help. Beds were super comfortable after a long day of driving. Breakfast had a wide selection of food and was hot.

I didn't think this was the cleanest. The linens had some stains. We didn't use a few pillows and some of the sheets because they had stains. Breakfast wasn't that great. The juice dispenser was broken, items kept running out and the women was hustling to constantly refill very small serving dishes. The serving dishes should have been bigger for the size of crowd that was being served.

Easy and helpful. Left some items at the hotel. They helped find the things and shipped them back to me.

Would really like to have more parking availability as it was a small area to park in

A bit worn down, but better than anything else in Evanston.

this property was cleaned well taken care of in good condition. The TV did not work but I did not care about that at the time. The room was large and comfortable. I was impressed by the size of the room and the condition.

I wish to acknowledge Dani for her help in lending me a bottle of Mr. Clean window cleaner so I could get my car windows clear of the residue from a gas station's horrible window washing solution. All I had to do was ask and she found the bottle !! Cleared everything right up. The room was great. Loved the window drape solution. Loved the bench with room to place two suitcases. Loved the plentiful vanity space in the bathroom.

Great stay

Cathy was welcoming and pleasant to talk to on the phone and in person. The staff were friendly. The hotel is clean and looks new.

The room was very nice with all the amenities that we needed. The staff was very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was really good and had a wide selection. It was a very nice stay.

The hotel is old and a bit worn looking. There was a problem with the heating/cooling system in the room and the staff quickly got us into another room. They were very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff for sure. Really appreciate that after a long drive by myself. Very comfortable bed along with a clean room. I have stayed here previously and highly recommend. Nice breakfast also.
