All good, nice staff at reception and at breakfast, room good, breakfast good great choice

Great value accomodation, really kind staff

The property needs painting as most of the woodwork is chipped and damaged. The air con didn’t work and there are no windows so the room was hot smelly and uncomfortable

Clean comfortable, close to our evening out and able to get a drink at the bar late night. Breakfast included in the price… can’t fault it really.

Very clean, all the basics covered. Breakfast was ok but the area where is ess presented was very small and just not enough for the guests; we were all kind of falling over one another. The staff were friendly. The main issue was there bed. I am a side sleeper but don't like a soft mattress but this one was little more than a board with a sheet over it, making it really hard to sleep and leaving me feeling bruised in the morning. No idea how procurement department could arrive at purchasing this.

Stayed one night only. Friendly welcome received on arrival. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower was powerful. Breakfast choice and layout was ideal for our needs. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you HIE

What we like was how you gave us a baby cot. We also kept getting ice cubes from the kitchen to cool our baby food .. the service was excellent. Thank you to Daniel the manager who organised everything for us.

Staff were friendly however at Check-in, we met Daniel who went over and above all our expectations. From the moment we arrived he made it feel like home, attending to our every needs. 10/10!

Friendly stay clean comfortable room and nice breakfast

Very peaceful nights sleep. Quiet all evening and night. Internet worked great. Shower warm. Room and ensuite very clean. Staff very helpful.

Bed bugs ruined what would have been a perfect stay. Everywhere seemed clean but bitten first night. Reported it and moved Rooms. Bitten again even worse than before. Room 28 then 26. Impossible to find evidence of these little critters but the bites so bad that they are mature bugs. These bites are very painful. Will never return to this hotel which is sad because we were happy with everything else.

Comfortable and clean accomodation with a good bus link to the centre of Norwich.

Very pleased with the welcome. Room and facilities were excellent. One small criticism is the lighting, either everything on or just a bedside light.

Breakfast selection was not as good quality and choice as in other Holiday Express in we stayed in . Many of the breakfast items advertised on their menu were not available this was disappointing.
