had a excellent 3 days stay at the hotel.staff were friendly & welcoming and very helpful.

Got accused of smoking in my room even though I don’t smoke. The food that was supposed to be 24 hr wasn’t which was one of the main reasons I picked the hotel

Nice hotel, friendly staff, the room has the usual tea/coffee facilities as well as a hair dryer, iron and board. Plenty of space in the accessible room with a huge bathroom with loo and shower. TV was a nice size, bed comfy and the breakfast was really tasty with plenty of choices from cooked (bacon, sausage, scrambled egg etc) to croissants and cereals. Parking is next door in a multi storey and the hotel offers a discount on this once you put your registration into the tablet. We stayed 2 nights and paid £16 for parking so pretty reasonable. Leeds armouries is literally across the way and the city centre is a short 10 minute walk to all the shops

Great location ,lovely Hotel modern ,clean good breakfast . Car parking next to the hotel , put your Car Reg .in the computer in the hotel reception and its only £8 for 24hrs . I would definitely use this hotel again .

Great choice for an overnight stay. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed in a clean well equipped room, which was in a good state of repair. Everything you need. Breakfast was self service with a good choice of hot and cold quality produce which was regularly topped up. Tables were cleared and cleaned efficiently and unobtrusively. Very good experience.

Unfortunately we do didn't enjoy the stay, neither did the kids, the kids bed with really uncomfortable, we had to share the bed with the kids, which wasn't ideal. The hotel had no mini fridge which wasn't idea for kids.

A so fantastic stay close to the armouries where we attend an awards evening and close to car park . Car park discount greatly received too as was the free drinks to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary x Thankyou !!

Staff excellent, room clean and comfy, good breakfast options for both eat in or grab-n-go. Discount on parking makes it very reasonable and adjacent to hotel with plenty of room.

I booked my stay after an unexpected stop over in Leeds. The online booking process was straightforward and the location to me of the hotel was very easy to access. The booking in was swift and the evening meal was good and great value. Breakfast included was a real bonus. Friendly staff and extremely clean and comfortable room.

Booked a double room with sofa bed for me and my husband. We are a male couple and booked the sofa bed room as thought it would be a more spacious room but stated only two adults in the room. When we checked in the receptionist seemed confused and said I assume you want the sofa bed made up in the room. We replied no double is fine. Again to be asked so just a double bed. We replied yes. Now I get the possible confusion but she should have asked this in a different way and not assumed. It’s a shame in this day and age and we are not massively offended but some people way be so it’s something for them to think about in future. Everything else was brill and it’s a lovely hotel to stay in a shame this happened.

Sunday fundays we arrived late pm after a busy day at diggerland with my 2 boys a very welcoming check in lots of information and the staff where super friendly ,at tea time the receptionist gave the boys a hotel quiz to do with prizes much fun for my two boys roaming a 5 level hotel with clues and for us a very new experience 😀 a fab way to occupy the children
