We stayed for 6nights and requested to have our 2 family rooms to be connected . In less than 24hrs . And both rooms are so spacious . Especially that we had our luggages. The breakfast is good , there's a small gym and pool but its kinda need to be renovated). There's spacious parking lot also. Over all we're satisfied staying in this hotel. Its good balance distance its between the niagara falls & toronto downtown😍

The Feont Desk Offucer Parkeet was excellent. We really felt welcime when he checked us at 2am in the morning! We met him agaun wheb we checked out very early on the 6th. He is an asset and should be rewarded. Thanks Parkeet.

Parking was very convenient, amazing staff- our fridge in the room wasn’t working but it was replaced really quickly. They did have issues with some of their appliances during breakfast time, that could have been better.

Everything was as expected. Clean property, friendly staff, spacious room. Close to highway and city.

Holiday Inn express is my go to when I can’t find a Hampton Inn. This particular one in Milton is a handy location and has everything you need so there’s no complaints. My only issue is that I asked for the quietest room possible and we were on the side of the hotel where I guess the air-conditioning is running all night and it was actually a little loud, so that did not make for a restful sleep. Also, the sun comes up on that side of the building, and our window shade did not completely cover the window so blackout curtains on this side of the hotel would’ve been helpful for those who don’t want to wake up with the rising sun! Great staff, good average breakfast that you would expect which is included in the price.

Breakfast was fine and so was the parking. Plastic cutlery not so good.

Staff was courteous enough but reluctant to do anything upon request. Breakfast was a disappointment and timings were too odd. It was open between 6am -9:30am. Too early for foreign travelers.

Tons of minor issues that alone would not have bothered us, but added together made for a very frustrating stay. At half the price they would have been forgivable.

2nd time staying at this location. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our days. Will be back again next year
