The hotel was good. Location was good. Breakfast can be improved as it felt like eating from a machine.

We enjoyed the stay here. The staffs were helpful. The room was clean. The free breakfast was good with a good variety of selections. I feel that it is a good value for the price that I paid.

What a great stay. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The pool was warm and we had it to ourself most days. Location is so easy as it is so close to the Highway. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I like that there is a walkable area for people to get their steps in including me and my siblings. The breakfast needs improvement. I have gotten better breakfast at other Holiday Inns.

Booked this location and it was further away from where in needed to be. thats my fault. Property is well maintained. plenty of parking. staff is nice and helpful. room is clean and everything worked. overall good experience. when going here just careful as the entrance to this location is the second right. First right will take into the business next door. If my travels bring me back to this area, i would stay here again

Great staff and service! Juan and Safiya were very kind and helpful. The heater needed a little fiddling but it was easy to get used to. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milton by IHG — overall, the experience was good: the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were polite. However, a few things could be improved. The room cleaning could have been more thorough, and it would have been nice to have slippers and bottled water provided. I previously stayed at Holiday Inn Express Vancouver Metrotown (Burnaby), and those small details were included there, which made the stay more comfortable. Also, breakfast could be improved — besides pork, beans, and eggs, there were very few other options. A bit more variety would be appreciated, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. I hope to see some improvements in the future.

I liked the layout of the rooms. It was spacious and allowed me to use the microwave and coffee without making noise for son.
