The staff was nice and welcoming. The facility is beginning to be in disrepair and the room smelled really bad. The bed was comfy.

Great location for our conference

Nice breakfast. Good location. Renovated.

Convenient location. Clean and helpful staff.

Checked in on 6-18-2025, the TV did not work and the phone did not either. Leak in the bathroom. Stayed an additional 2 nights and they upgraded me to a suite. They were very accommodating and kind.

It is very close to Roger Williams University.

Hotel was mostly fine. Could hear lots of noise outside the room through the door and walls. Was very expensive for the level of quality but it was a holiday weekend.

Friendly, helpful staff. We had some issues with the room keys and door lock not working. Had to have them refine multiple times but otherwise all was good. Clean, quiet, good breakfast.

Large two queen one sleeper sofa room. Not enough bath towels

Our key cards didn't work when we checked in, although the front desk attendant was wonderful fixing that. He gets 5 stars. Property gets 3. Not very quiet, we were woken up in the middle of the night by frat boys coming back from the bars.

Convenient place to stay. It is a little noisy there, but comfortable.

Had to get a new fridge the one in room wasnt working we had drinks to keep cold a sticky mouse trap near our door and fire exit side door

We had a nice 2 night stay while in the area. The room was clean and met all our needs. We enjoyed breakfast offerings both mornings.
